We can only hope that the racing is half as good as that. Thanks the MotoGP gods for 1000cc bikes and soft rubber!
Duc is a pig? Rossi is the pig. Go home, fake GOAT.

Hayden has an excelent race pace, we just don't know if the tires will last.

Stoner having a pop at his team. Not happy unless he's got something to moan about.

Yamaha is strong.

Stoner will play his cards in the race.

Crutch is excellent (and another proof the Yam is good).

Spies is crashing a bit too much.

Hayden is in second row, the position I expected both factory Ducatis to be in.

Dovi last of the Yamahas. He thought he could aim at Spies, but he's being beaten by his teammate.

(Another proof that Crutch is really good).

Pedro managed to put in a decent lap at the end.

Barbera a good candidate for a factory Ducati next year.

Bradl doing good.

Abraham also crashed.

Bautista.. I would expect more from one who inherited Simoncelli's bike.

Rossi: don't get me started...

This is my first weekend video pass, it has been fun. Crutch was impressive. I hope he does not get to excited and toss it away. The sport needs him healthy and cutting it up front.

I don't think Rossi has sandbagged all weekend. These new tyres are gonna go off after 6 or 8 laps, then continue to do so throughout the race. Perhaps Rossi knows he has no chance in a straight one or two lap shoot out but over race distance he might be able to push for a higher finish. Working on a race setup all session ? Or is Rossi on the Duc still that bad ?

Casey said his set-up went from bad to worse. Chatter and then more chatter on softs....

That's what the racing would look like if they kept the engine regs as they are and enforced 24L for everyone. Not saying MotoGP should go that direction, but it would be entertaining as hell.

He just can't ride the bike as it has to be. Ducati is a rear-bound bike, Rossi is a front-bound rider.

I doubt Rossi was working on race set up all of QP. 4th row start so he can work on set-up? I don't think so. What they need is a breakthrough for sure; I think it will happen during this year as the GP12 is showing a bit of potential already.

Rossi is riding like a ...... He is even slowing Abrahams Fastest lap.

I think he doesn't have enough pressure on him by his team.

He should ride that bike to it's limits and crash a few times to find it's limit. He is take in it too easy. I hope Hayden will push him to max.

Well done to Lorenzo for taking it up against Stoner.

Well done to Crutchlow and Hayden (especially) and Abrahams.

Without constantly trolling for a free tow, Barbera is f-ing nowhere! Absent help from other riders, he's not capable of cracking the top 7. Let's see where he finishes tomorrow. He's often qualied far better than he's ridden after following someone around for several laps. He's a joke.

100% Agree!

I disagree Wills,

Four of us were watching last night and all agreed that we thought Rossi was not giving it 100%

He didn't look his usual self today in quallie either IMO

Also if he is giving it the beans then how do you explain the time difference between himself and Haystacks?

On another note GO CAL!

Because Nicky was looking for a qualifying lap time and Rossi was looking for race pace setup and lap times. But as always, I will be wrong........
