This is a 6am race start for me!! They show a re-run later in the day of course for those who can't be bothered to get up... wimps! I'll be there boys. This will be my first race with Stoner riding, should be good.



At 7am the F1 starts in South Korea too, might watch that too given it's a live race and not just horrible highlights.

I think Pedrosa will win, Lorenzo second and then stoner. I can't see stoner not being affected by his injuries but will have a better idea once he jumps on his bike. I think that the 2013 Honda that dani is on us the better bike until Yamaha run some sort of upgrade.

Yeah, I'm a wimp. I only watch the main motogp race to be honest and that's a 6am start

I am still learning about that and sort of watching the rest of the F1 season due to the game I run, I can only cope with so much you know!! I'm not a big strong man like you guys all seem to be!

Even though some say it is rigged, there is more and better action in the Moto 2. I´ll get up for that and watch the GP mid day on the replay.
 
I like Motegi. First GP I attended was there. It is a great, but different atmosphere than at the Spanish tracks I´ve been too. Much more polite, formal, respectful and in turn makes the GP circus accessible. You can buy access to the pits at a reasonable price. And having "western eyes" the riders notice you, and being Spanish even more. Talked to Dovi in his 250 days, and have a picture woth Barbera from his days as teammate to Lorenzo in Fortuna.



I think it will be a Honda 1-2 with lorenzo going down at the end of the back straight before the tunel.

I considered going last year out of solidarity with the japanese and to make a point about the risk of the radiation (at the track anyway).



Both dani and the honda look irresistible of late, I can't see him losing without misfortune. Lorenzo to me is like alonso, I think in his current situation he will take the best he can realistically get and won't throw it away chasing the impossible. I don't think he will race even stoner early in the race if stoner is competitive which is not by any means a given, he will wait to see if stoner can last the race.

I always hope in a Rossi-Stoner duel and this time there could be a possibility (not many more chances to see one!) -- maybe a replica of Sachs 2010 when it was Rossi coming back from injury and Stoner beat him for 3rd place. But probably Stoner will be too fast even if not 100% fit.

Hahaha, wow. Yeah, you're right, we might see an epic "dual"! A healthy Rossi who cruises for points and an injured crippled Stoner. I can see where you're coming from buddy, Stoner has to be seriously handicapped for it to look like VR is his equal. Hell, we might see them really battle for 5th, eh?

Do you get team orders in motogp? I mean is Stoner likely to hand the win to Pedrosa (if they are in that situation) for his team mates championship hopes?
 
Except maybe for PI.



If Pedro is doing a good job ( in front ) he may place himself between Pedro and Lorenzo. If he can.
 
I doubt Stoner will listen to team orders, and I hope Honda does not give them.
