Its only a 1/3 of the season gone, but he's not a happy camper.Hes not satisfied with the way HONDA has treated him.Or so it seems. His contract is up at the end of 07'.So will he stay you think?Or move on and find a ride with PRAMAC DUCATI or will SUZUKI snatch him up and put money up for a 3 rider team?

I dont have my crystal ball, but i doubt that one.

Ducati seems the most likely option. If the offers on the table, I can't see him refusing this time around.

fiat yam. rossi's new team mate.

If he is smart,he will shut the .... up and stay with Honda. They WILL figure this thing out and have the best bike if not by the end of this year, then the start of next year. You can allready see the improvements in the last couple of races.

He will replace Capirossi at Ducati next season. He's Italian and has been linked with Ducati for some time. And considering Honda have fallen out of favor with him (or the other way around depending on your vantage point), he will move on and Ducati seems the most likely home.

Oh so many ifs...

Come on Skid, what's the fun if we aren't dealing in absolutes? Capirossi WILL retire and Lorenzo WILL go to Yamaha.

What is a life without possibilities?

I can see him at kawasaki, but more likely Ducati. If capirossi retires they will be desperate to get an italian on board, and Melandri might like the idea himself. But i think its too early to right off success with Honda, times are hard now but they are the best and everybody knows it. They will get back on top, its a matter of time. For now he needs to keep kool, shut his mouth and try to stay in HRC good books. Things will be more clear at the end of the season.

I AGREE, he should get nicky's job.. everybody knows he is only world champ by pure luck and chance, you can say what you like about his bike this year, i like him as a person but as a rider i dont rate him

i tought marco would get the works bike when danny got it

capirossi aint going to retire for at least two more years but that dont mean he will stay at ducati

I think this will be Loris' last year. If not of his career, definetly at Ducati.

It will be sad to see such a huge figure go.

Melandri should stay if he could take Haydens ride. If not, he should get a factory ride elsewhere and get the support he wants. Anyways I think Honda have had enough of his mouth. You'd think he would of learnt a lesson from another certain loud mouthed Italian. He may end up in WSBK if hes not careful
