Thanks Marij! I didn't know that, which shows what a miserable Noob I am to the sport, having only watched for 3 years now. Now I'm sad for little Guido.

A little history for this next one. I sorta splurged prior to this trip and got a second camera body to use with an older lens. This way, you have quick access to a very clear telephoto lens on one camera and a second camera with a wider angle/telephoto lens that's not as clear. Well when the racing started, my buddy Terry took one of the cameras to shoot some pics as well. Our idea was to catch .... that the other guy might not. Well, of course, I'm being Mr. Dildo Photo Guy talking to Terry about goofball camera settings and then the disgustingly sweet sound of metal and carbon scraping against the asphalt is heard. I turn to my left and there's Dani in the wall. ....... IT, I didn't even get to see him crash with my own eyes, let alone get a picture of it?!!! Well, when looking through the pics, I notice this one that Terry got. It's pretty cool. It shows Lorenzo, behind the TV camera rig, and Dani's sliding backwards with sparks flying in the top left hand corner......Thank God Terry was shooting while I was blabbing in his left ear. What a ...... I am. But Terry got this cool one and we both got some of the aftermath.

Being that I was one of the obnoxious dicks there! I can vouch for Arrabi, he really felt bad about it the next day when we told him because he didn't remember! I told him not to even worry about it! People do dumb .... all the time while drunk, as long as no one gets hurt it's ok in my book! Hello folks, im new to PS, but enjoyed this wonderful weekend with these cool peeps... I can attest to cali kids epic night... it was a sight to see... not cuz of cali kid but cuz of the look on everyones face as he walked around like he owned the place.. Butt naked!!!... it was hilarious right until the old dude at the gate saw him and decided to punch him in the face for doing it... but to my suprise... i just saw a smirk on cali kids face as he laughed last... lol cheers!!!

Amazing!!! I told u guys about G.Duc's ability (dude ur much too modest, stop it man). Oh and i didnt realize u had taught young grasshoppa-Terry to back u up on camera, very impressed. I was laughin looking at that detail of Rossi/Lorenz bikes becuz u managed to capture such detail at speed what i struggle to capture standing 2 feet from the bike standing still. 3:00am, .... me, honestly man, big ....... ups to u, from a place like this forum whose members really appreciate this kinda stuff.



C.fly, welcome to PS. Oh, that CK story cracks me up everytime i hear it. Ther is no lack of depth to CaliKid's drunk charm, eh.

J.knock, Arrabi is still on vacation. Would u guys believe he was climbing Half-Dome in Yosemite just two days after Laguna. He plans to round out trip in Vegas. The man knows how to do it up. I can't wait to read his posts which i could only describe as the written version of Gators pics, if its a thousand words ur still askin for more.

As much as it pisses me off that last pic of Spies passing Nicky is a thing of beauty.

Jumkie...Pov...nothing like the shot of a nice ... to put things back into perspective...and I believe there will be much more content added to this thread once all the players get back from holiday and on decent work shifts....party on!

hey everybody i too am new to PS. and long time friend of jumkie, cali kid and chrisflyhigh. i've never missed a Laguna Motogp weekend because i never want to miss out on all the amazing adventures with jumkie and cali. It was great weekend with unforgettable memories. and cheers to all the new friends i made this weekend.
