Wtih the Repsol sticker present I'm sure it has something to do with Pedrosa....or you decided to gamble next years result and have the first autograph from him that says 2 time World Champ Repsol Honda Casey Stoner...or something like that?

Guys....sorry just flew in last night. Will fill in with pics.....I have shitloads. Working nights this week (to allow for the vacation time), so sorry I have'nt gotten to the site yet (also had to sift through all the pics) But they're worth the wait. holy ...... i didnt know this thread was up... gaaawwd no time to read !!! lol, skimmed a bit though, very funny ....! what a weekend!

Okay, it's 3 am so I'm a little out of it but I promised I'd start with some pics. I'll post the occasional story line but I don't want to steal Jum's thunder (plus he's a great yarn spinner so I'll keep them brief). Also, a little disclaimer. Jumkie is going overboard with my photo abilities (thanks homey). Seriously, I read a lot, and try to shoot a lot, but I'm a beginning amateur (at best) that's trying to improve when it comes to good pics. That's it. So if you happen to be a real photographer, please don't roll your eyes at my attempts to be artistic. I just enjoy the hobby and am trying my best. I don't take anything too seriously, especially myself. That being said, I hope you enjoy them. (it was sunny as .... outside, and makes the pics hard to shoot without a lot of contrast and shadows, but they're still fun to look at.)

So for this race at Laguna, I bought a really cool lens that has some incredible resolution, even when making jpeg images, you can crop down real close. It allowed me to look at the livery on the bikes closely. It's sorta cool to find little .... on the bikes of interest. So I shot some practice shots of them leaning over and noticed two things in this series of shots. On is that Lorenzo uses a butt pad so that he doesn't slide back in the saddle on acceleration, and Rossi doesn't. Then I noticed where Rossi's Butt cushion is missing, there's this little double bull dog laminate. One of them reminds me of Bruno, my dog in my avatar. I know these sounds like the musings of a 8 year old, but I'm up at 430 am sifting through about a 1000 pics, I can't help but to notice silly .....

very cool pics gator!!! dont worry about being a prof or not, they look awsome. you're right, the details are very good to see. that dog on rossi's bike is guido, he died a couple of years a go. I think he has been on that spot on the bike since 2001
