Don't sound like no crap rider to me.. for someone to even make it to MotoGP having only started racing when they were 25 is a fantastic achievement in modern motorsport

Hey Dion, I see you've met the bottom dwellers of this forum. Just wait till the civility and respect brigade get to them. (They are the ones that keep this form "friendly.") I'm sure they will put them in their place and make you feel welcomed, warm, and fuzzy.

(Oh crap, I didn't notice that one of your favorite riders is Rossi, man this is gonna be interesting and a bit confusing since they usually go after guys that talk up Hayden, but since you are giving you're opinion about this McWilliams guy, well I don't know what's gonna happen. I think you are on your own, sort of. Hey, if you want to get in good with roger and the other mindless cheerleaders that are giving you a hard time, just say something good about Rossi. You'll see, they will forgive you for having an actual opinion about somebody else.)


BTW: I agree with you, McWilliams is crap (actually, I don’t know much about him, but if agreeing with you pisses off roger, then I’m with you).


I don’t think you gave your opinion to simply get a reaction, I think it was just your opinion. Which is fine. That’s what we are here for; but, give me some more reasons to dislike this McWilliams guy. Why is he crap? (besides him being old, even though old and ugly guys like roger do suck).

Though I must admit, I agree with the guy who said older guys are better at development than younger guys. And quite frankly, I think that may be why the guy is running in GP (I’m not thinking they signed the guy to win, but hey that’s just my little oh opinion.)





BTW (the civility and respect thing was just poking alittle fun, I’ve since made amends with most of you, except for….well you know).

Dion, check your history. Jeremy raced 250's and 500's just about everything he rode was a heap of crap. The Stobart Honda, guess what? It was a bundle of scrap too. Go on, do your research, check the guys results and the circumstances in which they were achieved and then tell me he can't ride a bike. It's very easy to like winners. How could a guy put a 500, and a infamously dog-slow one at that, on pole position at Phillip Island against a sea of 990 4-strokes? Oh yeah, he's ..... Check a race report on the British GP 2000. How'd he do that? That's right, I forgot, silly me, he's crap. I could go on. The huge respect he enjoys in the motoGP paddock must be about something else then.

well done jumkie,i new you would come to dions rescue,infact i had a sportsmans bet on it.

i have nothing against dions opinion but the trouble is he can't/wont back it up with hard facts,when asked to explain a "harsh"statement he avoids answering questions asking him to provide proof. he answered a question with a question,which i answered to the best of my knowleadge but still he cant explain why he think jezzer is arrogant and why a 22 year old would be better suited to developing a bike than a 42 year old.

anyway jumkie im glad you have found yourself a new bum chum mabe this .... will stick around and we can all do battle together

No I'm not a teacher, I just think you are making an asres of yourself. You are slagging off McWilliams, but you wont read what people are writing. If you want to argue, fine, but read the posts. Everyone except yourself is stating facts about what the guys done, not just making silly statements. Jeremy has got a works ride, and you have a problem with that. Sorry but he does, he also has an impressive cv and did great job for KR.

Apparently we used to spell it ... but it was always pronounced in a 'southern' manner with a long 'a' and the spelling changed to reflect that. In the US the pronounciation changed to reflect the spelling.
