You know what gets on my feckin' bollocks? The ITV team for the last 5 years going on about "which side of the bed Bruce gets out of" it's the biggest cliche in TT history now. Otherwise the coverage is bob on.

Could be no racing today, it was meant to be the sidecars and a solo practice session with the superbike race moved to tomorrow but it seems as if the sidecars could now be tomorrow(not confirmed yet), solo practice should still happen this afternoon with the roads now closing at 12 instead of 10 due to a helicopter going down on the mountain.

edit, roads to close at 4pm, sidecar race at 5, they're hoping to fit a 2 lap superbike practice in afterwards.

Got back last night, was a hoot, my one regret was not getting a video of James Hillier coming down Bray Hill on the Kawasaki H2R, I've never seen so many sparks come off a bike without it crashing.

OK - not IOM 2015, but as good a place as any, I guess.

Yamaha IOM 1968

Ran across this on spew-tube today. Maybe you have all seen it. I hadn't and thought it was great on many levels!

Quality is very good - original filming and spew-tube reproduction. It's a Yamaha self-promotion piece with absolutely classic period dialogue, music, bikes, and pilots!

My favourite line: "They are trailing blue smoke - exclusive with Yamaha's Autolube - a revolutionary new mechanism!"

Try it as a drinking game if you feel like getting really chucked: shot/sip/swallow, whatever, every time they say "Yamaha". Guaranteed to floor ya!!
