WET & WINDY werent the words.

Lashings of constant blizzard like rain & gale force winds in JULY, were the words.

Fantastic race tho... another disapearing act from the magician. Bravo i say in those conditions.

Ron...............I have never been as wet and cold in my life, what a miserable day

Every layer of clothing I had on was soaked wet............those guys are heroes riding in those conditions.

Anybody tape the race and watch it when they got home?

How many times did Rossi nearly come off? Obviously when we saw him do that in Jerez 2004 in the wet it wasnt a fluke.

Not only is he the master at every area of controling the bike, hes also the master at saving it too! Incredible- Gibbers had nearly the same type of highside but couldnt save it.

Rossi is the master- like Kevin Schwantz said, 'hes got these guys names, phone numbers, addresses' they are nowhere near his level. What really impressed me was he judged how far he could push it, and held it there for 2 laps or so when he did his magicians act(nearly 2secs a lap faster!) and then backed off. He can control so precisely how hard hes going and no-one else can seem to do that.

I still can't believe that they can go that fast in those conditions. I will always be amazed.

I don't ride if it even looks like rain...
