Look, I started this thread saying this bike was going to be this good, I got a lot of ...., but stayed, I don't work for HRC, I told ybut ou what I know, what I told you has been proved correct, I have been a way for a week following the death of my ladies father, how the .... would I know why the demo photo's have Ohlins and as for your  "it hasn't gone unnoticed" bit, I don't give a .... what you have or have not noticed, When someone comes into my world with some new info, I embrace it, you ego driven fuckwits call the messenger a ...., get over yourselves, and good ....... bye.

You can throw all the insults you like. I have not insulted you but just mealy asked questions and pointed out where the info you gave is now proved incorrect. You say about embracing info, well thats what i tried to do. You claimed to be an "insider" so i tried to take advantage by asking questions. Yes you have stated you work for KHI and not HRC, but its the HRC bike you claim to have info on. Sorry but i cant see what you have told us that's been proved right !

My, my aren't we touchy... I now understand it was not just me. You seem to get very upset if anyone questions anything you say. I really didn't understand why until I read the final sentence above. For many of us embracing new info can only be done once we have verified the source of the new information AND verified the information itself. To accept any information at face value without verification would, I believe, be the definition of fuckwittery...

He stated this in his very first post.
The Showa suspension supplied will be to the exact spec as Alvaro is

using, and teams who purchase the bike will have full access to all data

acquired this season,

The HRC promo pic posted on Krops site clearly shows the bike with Ohlins. All i did was ask why and insider spat the dummy out lol.

While he did also carry on to say given the price of the package a switch to Ohlins would be a drop in the ocean i still cant see why the pic would show Ohlins when insider stated he came with Showa.  If HRC were to show it with "upgrade" parts then surely the pic would also show Brembos instead of Nissin brakes. And why would HRC show upgrade parts that their not supplying?

The other thing i would like to know is why an employee of KHI would know inside info on an HRC project ? Coming across some testing lap times is interesting but doesn't make someone an "insider" imo. Just a pity he didn't hang around long enough to tell us some inside info on any upcoming kawasaki projects in the pipeline.

I'm still trying to work out how an affiliate of the Kigali Health Institute knows "whats what" in the motogp game?

Those riders who go over there for the riders for health program must get mighty liberal with their tongues is all I can say!!

I believe insider has some mates that work at HRC?

We all find out in the next couple of days just how the Proddy Honda and Yamaha perform, I can't wait.

The whole point was that there was no "new information". None. Zero. And what information was there was incorrect or unsupported. It comprised some assertions and opinion based on misplaced appeals to authority. And no effort to back it up...oh but he does "read dyno graphs"...and He reckons Krop agrees...

Personally, I hope it's a complete weapon. But hope doesn't work on a racetrack.

I also hope he gets over his shitcrack and joins other threads.

Who knows, on Monday I could be gorging myself on humble pie.

Every facet of his story was absurd from the beginning. Why is information may be correct all he did was use the same Observational deductions that psychics do. Even if the bike was within second he could still say that it has potential to be faster but just needs more testing. Unless the bike was a real dud he had nothing to lose by his claims. But It is a Honda Using proven technology so we all know that it won't be a dud.

Honda is more secretive then area 51 And yet he's claiming to know stuff then not even Stoner knew before he rode the bike.

I thought "The Speculator " had some good takes and would like to see him stick around if only he would lose his pissy Big shot attitude

JKD.

Could you please refrain from creating posts that don't allow for bitchy pot-shots from my side, such as the one above?

Apparently "do try to keep up" could be applied to a few in this thread.

Sure, some of the details were unanswered and question marks remain over suspension and brake packages, however he quoted times of eight-tenths off the full-factory RC213V - which I don't believe was public knowledge at the time, but I could be wrong on that - and said there was plenty more to come once the suspension was finalized. Now Honda are claiming a three-tenths gap.

Considering this is second-hand info, it seems legit-enough to satisfy the demands of an internet message board full of armchair pundits.

Did you read or understand some of my questions of him? If you, as he claimed, "read dyno charts" for a living, you don't need HRC "insider" knowledge to have a shot at answering them. Simple.

Further, the lap times, as reported, are interesting but meaningless. They do not state that the best lap times of the proddy was within .17 of the best RCV lap times. Note the word "best". Read them. Interpret what's being written. What's being inferred from the press release is not what was written. Simple.

Do try to keep up.

I did read them, but I don't remember them, and, to be honest, I can't be arsed to go back and re-read them because your opinion is no more or no less valid than his, and the only time anyone will be proved right or wrong will be come testing. And, frankly, by that point I won't care who was right or wrong, because in the grand scheme of things, we're talking about whether Nicky Hayden and Scott Redding will finish third or seventh. And at that point we'll be presented with a new set of questions and clues. He's satisfied my curiosity.

He hasn't satisfied you and a few others, and that's fine, but I grow tiresome of many in this place thinking they're the smartest guy in the room, and hurling .... until no one argues against such a sentiment any longer.

It really is little wonder why the likes of Krop don't stick around.

So, asking reasonable questions is hurling ...., is it?

Tell me, how early and how many times did insider call people ....., etc? Huh? A nice way to set the tone.

My questions and positions weren't "opinion". There is a difference, you know. If insider chose to obfuscate, that's a reflection on him, not the questions.

And finally: way to miss the point, Austin. Usually the burden of proof lies with the person making the claim.

The Insider will be crawling back Inside the arsehole he emerged from come tue at 4:00 Valencia time

And when he is proven correct, are you going to apologise? Or will you just pout and prove you are a moody, bitter prick that has a big chip on his shoulder?

Hear, hear.

I haven't been here that long and it is lucky that I don't claim any special knowledge (as well as having a skin like a rhino) or I would no doubt have found it intolerable, but generally there is a nasty undercurrent of ........ attitude by a number of people on here (and you know who you are).

They pick apart and pounce on the slightest little thing to try and prove themselves the better man - but they don't actually bring a single damned thing to the table - they are really the Tea Party/Taliban of moto racing forums.

I have no issue with questioning something, but it seems I was wrong when I accused Jumkie of arguing inappropriately, it is endemic among a core cadre of long-termers on here and far from being inappropriate, it is the norm.

It seems that they have deliberately set out to destroy any will the-insider had to add to the discussion here.

Well done!

WTF? 17 pages of speculation resulting in what I said in the first place - no one knows for sure until testing and real races next year… But I'll bite anyway… Yay, podiums for Nicky and Aoyama are here!!!
