Just give us back the 990`s without electronics

Nothing will able to control the technology in the race unless limit the development cost. Let say, 3Mil euro per rider limit in a season probably will make the competition more evens for all the participants. They can use anything within the development cost expenses.

So, satellite team would able to get the same parts and upgrades like the factory team. Only the schedule delivery time give them disadvantages from the factory team. The governing body just need to add a little control for delay delivery not more than 2 races.

The same goes to tyre. All team will get the same quality.

Even if it was a good idea - it'd be unenforceable.

Is there anything that says Nicky MUST ride with electronics?

He could just turn his off and then his abilities do the riding for him....if he does well then all the power to him....if he struggles when we know exactly who is the only person reponsible for his results...

Not all the bikes characteristics and needs.....

Didn't Guintoli ride the Ducati sometime last year without any Tracking control ON in a rain race? He showed it was possible, so why not try it with the KY kid?

The fact that Guintoli rode it at Sachsenring in the WET is the key.

The riders don't have to worry about fuel consumption during wet races. The 500ml they waste spinning the tires over the race distance often makes a huge difference.
