Anyone else think that Renault appear to have taken the original Macca defence statement and done a couple of "search & replace"s on it, eg Renault for McLaren and McLaren for Ferrari.
This defence did not work too well for Macca...

Yup I wonder what will happen to Renault, I don't know if they can take a 100M dollar fine. The president of Renault was not too fond of the F1 team, he kept the budget tight, now I don't think he'll be happy when they ask for a "little" extra cash to pay the fine.
It could affect the decision of Alonso to go back to Renault and therefore the whole driver market, cause then Heikki would stay .... god this is driving my crystal ball crazy!!!

It's interesting Ferrari announced their changes in their management personnel today. Seems they were negotiating with Brawn, but didn't offer him what he wanted.
