i thought jorge rode as well as ever.
shame the Michelins produce close finishes in the same artificial way as the pirellis do in f1. you watch the start + last couple of laps of these winged monsters. it's like kissing, leaving out the middle part and go straight to the creampie cleanup.

Don't see as how that's "artificial". Having some riders on superior tires that give them an unearned advantage is to my mind more of an artifice. Control tires may not fuel dramatic speculative discussion amongst the fans the way multi-brand tires would, but it sure does illustrate which bikes and which riders are best.
