Agree, Rossi will improve, I think most people actually agree. The thing is Honda have mounted an all out attack on the title, both with talent and machine. None of us should forget Laguna 08, Rossi will resort to tactics that wins races. However, I'm not so sure that sense of urgency is the same for Qatar as it was for Laguna, which was the turning point of the championship that year. But you never know.
If you believe Rossi at face value, his shoulder will still be an issue at the start of the season. Though I'll add, only an igonorant person thinks any rider is injury free at any point of the season.
Sounds like his shoulder will be good enough, particularly since burgess has basically said it will be. His shoulder seemed to improve as he became happier with his progress on the bike during the sepang testing,from which I would draw the implication that he is human rather than that he was exaggerating things.
