Dovizioso vs Pedrosa

Then you are making a mistake and actually helping to worsen the problem. If you don't vote, you are doing two things: 1. you trample the only system for change because of some ineffective ideological protest accomplishing the very opposite of your intended message. 2. You help to elect the greater of two evils by withholding a vote that would have otherwise gone to the lessor evil.

If you decide to vote for a third party, you do both above.

First of all good luck to Dovi - a very talented rider and I wish him all the best even though he has to deal with Puig - a ...... gimp of the highest order. I don't put Dani there because he's been manipulated and doesn't know any better.
2nd - Hayden fan, some of us take the piss out of you but it's all in jest - lighten up, but I guess this is what you get when you're in bed with the neocon/war profiteering, thieving big business conglomerate.
Shinya - a dead set fuckstick of the highest order. Take your ...... up issues and shove them up your arse (although methinks you'd probably enjoy that).
Frosty - right on, there is no hell.
Jumkie - I know what you're saying. We are quite literally ...... in the west and we'll be lucky to get out of this without a catastrophic depression. This is the biggest crisis I've ever known and most people are only waking up now - <span style="font-family:Arial Black NOW, when a bunch of corporate criminals hand in hand with western governments have sold my future and so many others futures down the toilet.

You know what I've realized. Guaranteed safety is the real danger in life. Any time someone comes along promising you safety, you need to run for the hills.

Enron was a safe investment. Sub-prime lenders were bulletproof and supported by the government. American auto manufacturers were safe investments because of the auto agreements with Japan and the low price of oil. Oil was bulletproof in July b/c Congress left early without a vote and the hurricanes were going to drive the price to $200 a barrel.

Bush marched around trying to secure safety for everyone. I think national defense is different than economics but anyone trying to make the argument that his pursuit of safety has lead to some atrocities is probably on safe ground. The Patriotic is pretty shady in spots.

Recently, I have heard the safe rhetoric spiral out of control with the demise of Fannie-Mae, Freddie Mac, AIG, Merrill Lynch, and Bear-Stearns. I have heard a lot of safe talk from both parties about how they are going to take our educational, medical, housing, and economic problems away.

Frankly, it scares the hell out of me. I really pity the people who feel the need to listen to this crap, but when are they going to learn it's all a big scam. I thought we hated dishonest predatory marketing regardless of it's source.

This election is really starting to scare me to death because we're going to be saved when it's all over. Yikes.

The only post worse than an off topic posts are these, fine contribution to any topic, cut and paste, type of posts.

Dovi is another honda loyalty. Someone that they can .... around. He has been a shadow rider for awhile now which is sad. In the 250's he was on a .... Honda always overshadowed by the equally talented Hohay HoHenzo. He had a few moments in the sun by riding on a satelite team strictly for experience and glory points. Now he is moving to a team where he will be a shadow once again, to a piece of .... team.

The one problem that I see with Dovi is his marketbility. He seems like a very nice down to earth guy that can ride like a son of a gun. But is he appealing to the mass fans. Can Repsol market him into a cash flow or do they even care?

It's hard to call where he will end up next year as the talent is definitely out there. When the machines are more evened out, setup becomes easier and things come back to %70 rider, I can see him challenging for wins at every track just like the 250's. It will be just like the 250's, he will be a regular on the podium and struggle for wins. I see him and Pedro mixing it up throughout the season.

Or will the parts go missing on Sunday?

Your future was never secure with them, I have no idea why you let them have your future. I guess you didn't, the people who came before you did. Wow? Is that a recurring theme in the Western World. Sold into bondage by our parents because they fancied an easy life. It's somewhat true.

This catastrophe was caused because we gave the government too much power. We put them in charge of housing America. I'd like to see you pull the plug on subprime loanable funds to American families. Politicians would throw you to an angry mob and you'd be guillotined with a dull blade in the town center. This really is a half-assed peasant revolt. Everytime a problem springs up, we guillotine a couple of unlikeable aristocrats then we go back about our business. Nothing improves.

The American government is not designed to do many things well. Unfortunately, we have over expanded it's power; pressure from abroad to enlarge our government hasn't been much help.

Please read about John Maynard Keynes and Keynesian economics. He is the do-gooder who accidentally started this mess. It's too bad. He actually stumbled upon a pretty revolutionary find. He never believed governments would use it to for the sole purpose of maximizing tax revenues.

How does that saying go? Democracy is societal arrangement that ensures people get the government they deserve. Fun.

DOVI FOR HRC PRESIDENT 2009

Wake up RockGod, the Republican Party has single handedly .... away the future of our nation and that of several generations to come. I only wish they didn't have to take us with them, oh how great it would be if only the republicans suffered the consequences of their poor decisions. But no, I will have to pay, as well as my kids, and their kids for the republican's version of the FINAL SOLUTION--to shore up obscene wealth as fast and as much as the stupid collective public (and powerless) will stand by ad allow. We are seeing a windfall of unprecedented proportion of citizen money being sucked up in epic amounts in the last few months by bailouts. Our national dept has doubled in just days by the government's run of funneling gargantuan amounts of money and wealth…no longer billions, but TRILLIONS of dollars. Our national debt now stands at 5 plus Trillion, with the government take over of what was supposes to be private enterprise, in lending and insurance institutions. These are the scandalous embezzlement of taxpayer money in the last and ending moments of a dying administration, and we are doing nothing about it as it continues day in day out. We are witnessing the beginnings of a global depression spawned by the most vial abuse of power and dastardly greed for wealth that will surely culminate in a global depression; of which will emerge the survivor nations like China, and rich unfriendly oil countries along with their ideology.

You heard it here first folks, what has happened in the last few weeks of government socialization of losses of the largest financial institutions in the world by the US government will lead to catastrophic repercussions. And all this thanks to the ignorant and bamboozled electorate of sheep who have voted in the worst administration in this nations history…AND THEY STAND POISED TO CONTINUE THIS IN LESS THAN TWO SHORT MONTHS!

For those of you foreigners reading this and thinking you will not be affected by our leader’s effect on your country's economies, you are mistaken. If you live in a western country, you will suffer the same fate as the US, for we will induce a tsunami of economic waves to all corners of the globe that will suck you down as if you were swimming next to the Titanic. I actually think it’s too late, even if we get a prudent person in the White House. I think the damages are irreversible in the short term and may take a generation to repair the current damage, that is if all things were correct from this very moment on out (which is unlikely).

The US is now borrowing over 50% of the daily operation budget, and that was BEFORE the recent string of bailouts. Don’t think for a minute that these bailouts are paid for either, they are also borrowed money. We are in a state of borrowing money over borrowed money. It wasn’t sustainable 6 months ago and now it has reached critical mass. It is exactly how all-modern empires from the last millennium have collapsed. History (as the republicans have ignorantly and arrogantly wrought) is on the cusp of repeating itself.
Did I say vote for McCain? .... man I am voting for myself cause I sure as hell could do a better job than all 4 of them put together all hopped up on Red Bull so they even have wings. Don't look for a party to save you look to yourself and your neighbor. Save yourselves!

So On a GP note I just would like to say Dovi better hope like hell he gets good parts.

You seem to be confused about the true essence of the Keynesian revolution - have another look on Google if you must before you exhort people to read about what you clearly have not.

First understand Bentham, Smith, and Ricardo and contrast the classical view with the Cambridge interpretation. Second tell me who was placed in a pickle jar and put on display at Reading University for postherity.
