Interesting race.
1st Casey Stoner 2007 World MotoGP champion, and well deserved. We can say it now.
2nd Congrats to Edwards his confidence must have been shatered after the last few races and today he did great.
3rd Vermeulen, when it's wet he delivers and never crashes, one rainy year like 2000 he could be champion.
4th Rossi, no more excuses, somehow he's passed from being a great wet rider to a complete wuss, he got beat fair and square can't blame tires or bike this time cause Edwards has the same(probably worse bike
). He's still great at keeping it up rubber side down and thanks to that he got some points today.
5th Hopkins, good, though not as good as Vermolen!
6th Randy good, I thought he would crash but lately he's smarted!
7th Barros good, though he used to be better in the rain.
8th Pedrosa, in championship terms it's a bad result, he can kiss goodbye to his title chances, still seemed very fast at the beggining when it was really wet.
That's weird!
9th Hoffman, pretty good for The Hoff's standards
10th Melandri, he seemed so fast in Le Mans in wet conditions, and today he sucked .... really misterious.
11th West, not too bad for a debut, he seemed very comfy and fast up there while it was wet, but when it started drying out ... he sucked a bit.
12th Elías, he finished in the rain.... without crashing .... that was good for his standards!
13th Roberts Jr2, not too bad for Kurtis standard, overall still poor.
14th Nakano, another pathetic race ... and I've lost the count
15th Tamada, dunlop sucks, at least he beat his teammate
16th Guintoli, poor, expected more after what he did in Le Mans
17th Hayden, it seemed there was a breakthrough in performance this GP, he screwed up in the race, but if the speed he showed in the FP wasn't a one off, maybe it's a good day for Nicky after all.
DNF Capirossi, should start looking for a retirement home.
DNF Checa, should go with Capi.
