Something not mentioned, where they going to put the car parks, the camp sites, the new road structure in and out of the circuit, and all the other things F1 needs? And surely it is only F1 that needs this redevelopment of the circuit. The bike track as it stands is superb, it's everything else they need to work on.
last time i was at donny it took 6 hour to get from the car park to the motorway so money sure needs spending there before anywhere else
