Casey Stoner Rumors, Still sick

ok guys lets just kill the arguments its not getting us anywhere.... plus the racing starts in a couple of days .

we know casey is ill in someway, lets just wish him well and hope he comes back soon @ 100% we cant do or know anymore than that.

theres alot of rumours and speculation lets just see what the kid says over the next couple of weeks.

I also believe its all in his head but what ever the problem is i wish him well and would like to see him back at 100% as soon as possible.Motogp needs him, Rossi fans need him, don't forget guys he helped Rossi to get focused on the job again and pushed him really hard for couple of seasons(allegedly on better bike though).

On the subject of psychological problems, can I just point out the very real problem that Hopper has?

This thread has some really good debate.

It's just a shame I was drawn here by people reporting this thread for the playground antics by certain members, I'll clean up the thread after work.

My skin is plenty thick. I like humor as much as anyone here. But Mud-Butt really drags the conversation down to levels of idiocy that are worthy of a 6 yr-old. It's one thing to poke fun
at a rider who sucks and or is arrogant. But when a world champion who has given a lot to

Anyone with any class or substance knows that in all forms of sportsmanship - you don't kick a man when he's down.

Okay this is quite a .... storm I may have created. So let me try to clear it up, before some of you have your own mental breakdowns. Obviously I don't believe that anything is really wrong with cs. In my opinion he is just playing mind games with himself, because he is weak minded. I have thought that for years as I was a fan of his in the beginning. But really some of you are way to sensitive about the whole thing. Until we know what is wrong with him the speculations will continue. Sure you and I would prefer privacy in the whole matter. But he is a celebrity and unfortunately they don't have the same privacy that we do. If he or his team or his fans want this to end, they need to tell us what is wrong with him. And if there really is something wrong. Watch all the hate turn to sympathy for Casey. I will personally write a five page apology, let gaz proof read and grade it (cause he is really smart), and post it for all to see. .... I will send it to his(casey's) fan club. But until then, I will just say things like, He is on maternity leave. Now how is that worse than a gay joke?

Mud-butt, nice one first one to successfully play off my name. You have my absolute word that if it came out that something was really wrong, I would stop. And why can I only poke fun at riders who suck and or are arrogant, but not former world champs like 27 or 69 for that matter? What if he is a sucky, arrogant, lazy former world champ? Would he then still be off limits?

What if the tables were turned and this was all about Rossi? I would think that your statements would be as sharp as arrows towards people that are saying the exact same things you are about Stoner. I don't care if you don't like the guy, but you should be able to appriciate his ability on a bike that no one else can seem to get to grips with. Plus remember what he said at the beginning of the year about being more aggro. I am sure this had to be part of the problem he is having now due to the pressure he put upon himself. Not everyone can be a Rossi, so these are the dudes we have to watch for our enjoyment. Not a bad lot for talent and characters really.
