with what they call their "SPEED CHANNEL"... WILL NO LONGER BE TOLERATED!!..

Why don't you change it to The Napcar Channel....it seems thats all you SHOW!...

The World Superbike season kicks off this "WEEKEND", but not showing till TUESDAY?
WTF is wrong with you people....It's bad enough your coverage of Moto GP is crap, and thats cause the CHAMP is an American!

i suggest whomever is in charge of program scheduling take their head out of NASCARS A$$, and open their eyes....

sent mine too - and we do want hi-def for motogp and realtime so that i don't have to hold myself back from my pc for hours and not get the result before seeing the race

I feel your pain. We were just discussing this on the speed motorcycle forum. It is all about economics and finding sponsors that will pay for commercial time during WSBK events either live or on a taped delay same day. I think part of the problem is the poor coverage they give during the race. Add to that poor production quality, and the fact that only hard core fans are willing to put up with horrible coverage. We are in a bad position as far as leverage is concerned. The way NASCAR has been able to flourish is due in part to how they marketed it to the masses. I also think it has something to do with the way the teams/drivers/sponsors stay together for such a long period. We need better marketing for our sport to flourish.

I’m an ex-fan of your channel. I like to reminisce in the days of “Two Wheel Tuesday” that lasted all Tuesday long! Once your coverage of motorcycles in general had fallen into the wayside to make room for what is known as the #2 watched sport in the USA, I switched to basic cable for I no longer had the desire to pay for anything I wasn’t going to watch.

I have not heard one positive remark about your coverage of motorcycle racing from anyone (friends, forums, coffee shops, bike shops…) in a very long time and think you are over looking a sport that is not only growing here, but worldwide.

I hope that someday soon you will give the sport of motorcycle racing from around the world the coverage it deserves.

This is why I try to products that support MotoGP or WSBK.. like Puma, Hannspree, Playstation, Shell...

I dropped Speed long ago.. I much rather spend my money on the many online subscriptions I got.. I get what I want and not what Speed wants..

Now, if only I can get F1 online..

I hate to say it but it's useless. The stats in NASCAR's favor are ridiculous. Some NASCAR Friday free practice had something like 10 times the rating of the USGP, shown live. Although those numbers may be skewed as Speed also said that the AMA Superbike race at VIR had better ratings than the USGP.

Either way, motorcycle racing needs to be better marketed in the US in order to be given quality treatment among television reps. Nicky's show on MTV is a step in the right direction.
 
I'm sorry you don't get quality coverage in US. Keep busting the balls of Speed TV!!! Maybe you won't get much but at least hearing the commentators blast the complaint letters is really funny!!!

BTW this year Spanish TVE payed a shitload to buy the rights of MotoGP so probably we'll get every FP and Qualy live on TV for free.
