Brno test updates

1. Stoner (Ducati) 1.55.904 (17 laps)
2. Rossi (Yamaha) 1.56.613 (31)
3. Capirossi (Suzuki) 1.57.132 (30)
4. Vermeulen (Suzuki) 1.57.483 (17)
5. Nakano (Honda) 1.57.559 (27)
6. Lorenzo (Yamaha) 1.57.600 (27)
7. Canepa (Ducati) 1.57.639 (29)
8. Toseland (Yamaha) 1.58.007 (37)
9. Jacque (Kawasaki) 1.58.483 (14)
10. Melandri (Ducati) 1.58.927 (6)
11. West (Kawasaki) 1.59.010 (3)

That, folks, is a super record! On race tyres... Although we can't know if the bike was in race trim of course. Stoner needed the boost.
Rossi also improved, but could not make any low 56's, leave alone breaking the 1.56 limit.
Stoner and Ducati keep raising the stakes, will Rossi and Burgess be able to cope?
I'm decided--I'll go to Misano!

nice record but one off laps dont mean .... on race day... ross isnt going to risk breaking a bone at this test he already knows the m1 is capable so why break a bone just trying to look good?

casey has nothing to loose but still credit to him for that lap time.

I agreed with you. He doesn't want to take any further risks.
Casey's time...man..that was damn fast !.

Melandri is 3 seconds from Stoner's time. Heck Stoner could of pulled to the side of the track, take a shot of whiskey and light up a cigarette, hop back on his ducati and still finish in front of Melandri. Not really but man, Marco needs to thank his lucky star someone still have faith in him after the embarrassment of his performance this year thus far.
