Anyone else waiting for your e-Ticket?

So my flight leaves in six hours to Malaysia for the MotoGP races. It's Thursday morning, 7 AM right now in Bangkok. I have yet to receive my eTicket for the races. I've been talking to them back-and-forth for a week now. Although on their website it states they will send out eTicket's five days before the races.

I will get to Malaysia this evening and if I do receive the eTicket I don't know if I'll have time to find a place to print them up. Is this the norm for such a big race to be so on organized?

wouldn't an eticket just be on your phone, that way they can just scan your phone like any other event.

It states I have to print it. I'm about to board the plane for Malaysia within the hour. Just logged into my MotoGP account and all I have is the receipt which is not good enough.

International Events Service states you must show a printed e-ticket at the gate. Under no circumstances shall they assume any responsibility if you don't show one. Does that sound like a loophole for them or what? Haha.

The tickets are normally sent the moment they recive payment. Sometimes it takes up to 6 days, depends on your bank.

Been talking to CS and they said a bunch of tickets have not been delivered? Landed in Malaysia an hour ago. They suggest going to CS at track tomorrow and see if someone can help me there. I had planned on doing that anyway but come on you can't email people their tickets even the nite before the event?

I ended up receiving it the night before FP1. It was close. How can something as big as MotoGP be run like this?
