Well hello.

I am new to this forum from bonnie Scotland. Well, cold and wet Scotland, at least. And I'm not that new, I've lurked around here for a very long time.

I want to thank you all in restoring my faith in MotoGP fans. If I just went off what I saw on telly and the booing of the non-Rossi riders of the world, I would maybe have walked away by now.

Love MotoGP and love racing. I did have a wee bike of my own for a long while. Fell off it and decided it wasn't as much fun as I thought it might be...

I think I probably started watching MotoGP fairly fanatically about 2009. I'd watch on and off before but proper got into it then. I adored Simoncelli and seeing that all happen (allbeit on telly...) affected me very hard!

As with most, I loved Rossi's swagger and attitude. I read that book (can't remember what it's called) and it put me off him for a while. The attitude and behaviour from last year has put me off him for life!

Over the past few years, I have seriously admired Lorenzo's smooth skill of putting in consistent lap after lap after lap. So I think I am now a fan of his...

I also like little tiny pocket sized Danny Pedrosa. I think because he is a very similar height and build to me, slightly heavier but meh I'm a girl. I'd like to see Dovi do well this year, he's been in the wings for so long. Ianone needs to realise that being a maniac isn't always a good thing.

So there. That's me. I've enjoyed reading your posts and banter and look forward to joining in a little bit

Welcome, nice to meet another Jorge fan!

Interestingly I admire some of Rossi's achievements, but I too went off him after reading his biography.
