Exactly my conclusion in regard to those riding a GP24.

We are both obviously mistaken however, several luminaries on motorsport.com told me throughout last season that the GP24 was no better than the GP23, and that if MM was any good he should have won more races against Martin and Bagnaia.
Oh man, I left the cesspit that is the comments section on there last summer.

Buriram test Day 1 results. Marc pushed for a time attack at the end thought I don't think anyone else did.

Davide Tardozzi has all but confirmed they are going to use the GP24 engine. It remains to be seen if they are going to use any GP25 chassis and aero parts.
Apparently, it was reported by pitlane reporters for MotoGP.com feed that on his last run, Bagnaia went out on a bike that had the yellow scrutineering sticker from 2024 (i.e a GP24 bike).

This means the 2025 Ducati is basically going to be at the same level as the 2024. At least for the start of the season.

With Ducati going into the season with basically the 2024 bike and others making improvements I think we can be optimistic the 2025 season will be more competitive.
The only thing that speaks against the competitiveness is Marc on a factory Ducati.

That thing's pretty damn low btw
