Valencia GP refund?

Has anyone received their refund / credit to account for the Valencia GP ticket?

I had an email a few weeks ago to select 1 of 3 options of how I wanted the refund, but haven't heard anything since.
 
I’ve still not got mine, rang about a week ago to enquire however they just said can’t specify a date but hoping to pay before end December.. she didn’t sound that convincing though to be fair 😂 apparently they are awaiting the circuit to return the monies to MOTO GP ?
 

Still haven't got mine, but what I've heard/read is as above, that they are waiting to get the money from the circuit before paying out.​

I bought 7 tickets direct from circuit. Informed me on jan19 I would get refund week after buf nothing, and ignoring emails now. I phoned them and she put phone down on me and then did not answer for rest of today. I am getting a bit of an uneasy feeling something isn't right here.
