Valencia GP refund?

Has anyone received their refund / credit to account for the Valencia GP ticket?

I had an email a few weeks ago to select 1 of 3 options of how I wanted the refund, but haven't heard anything since.

I still didn't receive a refund and I've emailed a few times. Did you get yours?

I’ve still not got mine, rang about a week ago to enquire however they just said can’t specify a date but hoping to pay before end December.. she didn’t sound that convincing though to be fair apparently they are awaiting the circuit to return the monies to MOTO GP ?
