Toprak trying to clinch this weekend. Weather is conspiring against him. Forecast for Saturday looks tricky, but Sunday looks good. Could be a fun weekend!

Toprak demoralising the opposition, aka the Ducati Duo, before the Superpole and first race.

Huertas having a good Friday, and the same with the two top ladies as well.

Looking good for tomorrow

Just watched Toprak explaining to James Toseland the array of levers and switches he has on the his bars. Jesus, that thing has more buttons than a gimps vibrator!

And if anyone thinks race direction is too harsh in MotoGP, look at the World Superbike races.

Elbows out, and red flags thrown to stop the ride of the round. Poor Herrera, she didn't deserve that!

First race was good until about half distance, and then Toprak hit the snooze button. Easy and impressive win. Bulega looked good, but 2nd place won’t cut it. Lecuona in 3rd? Is Honda actually making progress?

yoprsk clearly deserves to win the title, so I have no problem with him checking out in races until he clinches it. His opponents know 2nd won’t cut it hence Bautista crashing out.

This will be one of the most well deserved championship wins ever, considering what Toprak was up against the previous two years.
Couldn’t be happier for him. What a talent.

Honda looking to clinch the BSB championship with the new bike later today and have won the supersport champ yesterday so must be headed in the right direction.
BTW Danny Kent won his 1st BSB race yesterday.

Hopefully Ryde will have something to say about that. Can’t stand Bridewell

Toprak I meant obviously. Might be my fault getting on a plane or spellcheck.

Advantage Bridewell and Honda. What’s bugged you about Tommy, always struck me as a good guy? Ryde worries me when he’s pushing. Both his feet seem to be flapping in midair when he enters corners? 😳

It's awesome how the Ducatis just breezes past everyone else on the straightaway but they can't get by Toprak who hits the brakes like 100 meters later than everyone else.

This guy will never cease to amaze me.

Ducati 1-2 early in the race, Toprak doesn't care, passes and gaps them both.

If Toprak wins the championship next week which seems very likely now the most awesome thing about it will be that this was all solely on talent.

At the start of the year I thought he'd get a podium here and there but need a year to get used to the BMW. Turns out he needed one weekend and has been dominating ever since.

I think vdM's results are more reflective of the BMW's performance.

Yamaha made some significant improvements this week. Unlike Locatelli Johnny Rea managed not to crash in the main race and hot another Top 5.
