2012 Supercross Season

That was strange

They reported He had a stinger from the footpeg and got winded from a handlebar in the gut.

Now there talking surgery.

That blows. Outdoors starts in less then a month

Jum's, crack or no at Bubba, the rumor still persist if he can find a way out of his JGR contract Suzuki are waiting in the wings. Apparently it's in his head that the Yamaha is crap and once a rider gets that in his head there's no getting around it. I'm not sure if he goes to Suzuki things get better long term but who knows? I would definitely like to see Bubba on the line at the first Outdoor National, he really needs to race the series not just for himself but his many fans that have felt let down over the last couple of years.

I didn't comment about Shorty winning his first SX race, and felt I may have slighted his accomplishment....I was super stoked to see him win, it has been a long time coming and if ever there was a deserving individual it was him....good job Andrew!

Now that RV is out for the season, the outdoor series is wide open on the big bikes with Dungey the heavy favorite, but there are several dudes that could step it up...I know at least these guys should be players...thoughts?

Justin Brayton, Brett Metcalfe, Jake Weimer, Davi Millsaps, Josh Grant and Mike Alessi.

On Mike Alessi, never been a big fan, but I've noticed something with him the last few rounds and the commentators actually mentioned it as well, his bike setup appears to have changed and he is now actually getting thru the whoops a little better and his results have been better as a result. I know Alessi likes outdoors better, so it's possible that if he stays healthy, and his fitness is there, he could really give Dungey the most fits.

They gave him a wild card at the end of last yr for a few races and and he tore it up. I was hoping they would let him ride the whole year.

Anyone have an idea ov RV's recovery time. Ive found no mention of it

I officially do not like Barcia until further notice. ..... almost took Dungey out, plus I don't like freaks with long hair.

Whenever he moves up to the 450s, I think Ken Roczen will be a name to watch. Hopefully he chooses to continue his career stateside.

Are you saying this because he podiumed on a 350?

I don't think Ken Roczen will be the next big thing. If anything it's going to be Justin Barcia...he's owned the lites this year. Never know what happens when you put them in with the big boys though...it's a different race. I can't see anyone beating RV...he's got it all...programmed like a robot. The only man who I could see beating RV is JS...although I don't know if he's had his day now. He still has the speed, but I don't know whether he has the head for it anymore. If he went away and spent some long hard time working on his mentality i'm pretty sure he could take back that title of being the worlds fastest racer.

Predictions for this race...i'm going to say either Dungey or Brayton for the win...depending on how fit Dungey is now. Would be good to see RC make a surprise appearance again this weekend, might have a decent shot! Then again, he's put on a few pounds...

Nope just speculation. We all speculate as to who might be tomorrow's next stars. Given his age and what he has accomplished so far in Europe and what he has done stateside so far, his future looks bright.

Honda takes Lites East & West....congrats to Tomac. If Honda can hold onto Tomac and Barcia they could have more big bike championships in their future.

Congrats to Dungey. (The NH of SX).

Btw, has Weimer been getting riding tips from Reed?

Was gutted for Dean Wilson, but congrats to Tomac.

Milsaps, get in shape dude.

Im so bummed I wasnt able to make Vegas this year.

I enjoyed the racing even though my ATF Ryan Villopoto wasnt racing.

Justin Barcia really is unstoppable. I was hoping someone might beat him. I thought his crying a few weeks ago was staged.

He should shave his mustache. He looks like the slimy brother in Napoleon Dynamite.

Actually Motochick...he looks like Bob "Hurricane" Hannah in his younger days...similiar styles as well.

East rider won East/West shoot out...congrats to Barcia...Tomac was right there though...how about that...a Geico 1 2 sweep...no Pro Circuit Kawi's there...wow...very un-usual!
