125cc and 250cc GPs

Bad luck Dovi! OUCH for Kallio!

125 race was crazy end. Talmacsi said he hit Faubel but would be tough to put too much blame on him as a 125 rider doesnt really think about what consequences a last lap lunge will have for them never mind what will happen to the other riders!

That was one bad 250 race for me (but interesting though). All my men suffered. First Bautista, then Kallio ... and than Dovicioso (well, I'm not a fan, but I hate (ok, strongly, strongly dislike) Lorenzo.

Oh by the way if anyone is curious about JLo's celebration, the warrior outfit is because of the movie 300, it was supposed to conmemorate Spain's 300th GP win (which happened last GP but JLo couldn't celebrate first because Faubel won and got the 300th win, so JLo's was actually the 301st + a member of JLo's team passed away and for respect he didn't want to celebrate).

That was a nasty high side from Kallio, disappointed to see Dovi's bike give up.

Off topic,but on Sunday I`m off to Mallory to watch a round of the British SuperMono series.I`m going to treat it as a `feel` for what might be in gp`s when the dust settles in a few years,was there for practise on Wednesday and ,boy,they were. bloody quick in the corners.Here`s hoping.....

Btw Kallio got arrested and put it jail overnight in italy. Something about a fight with a bouncer at a night club. Must have been that bang on the head!

Yesterday's report was wrong. It's front page of the sports section today. Infact steve bonsey got hit whilst the a load of the Ktm team were out and they all had to go to the police station, including Kallio, to sort it all out.

Anything in the american press about it?

Has our italian gossip expert read anything on this, apparently the rumour of Kallio being in jail appeared in la gazzello dello sport?

Kallio e gli altri cinque denunciati sono stati accompagnati al commissariato dove sono usciti con una denuncia poco dopo le 13 di oggi.



If my Italian is correct, it says that the police saw a fight going on in the parking lot of a famous disco in Misano, so they took all of them to the police station where they were questioned and released today at 1pm.
The arrested are 4 members of the KTM team, Kallio, another Finn and 2 Austrians. And 2 locals security employees of the Disco.
According to the police the brawl started when Kallio got into a fight with a customer inside the Disco, and then him and the rest of his team members were "escorted" out by the security staff of the Disco.
Outside the accused started fghting and were spotted by a police unit nearby.

Ha ha, at first I thought it was a typo and it was Kimi (sounds like something he would do) but not apparently Finns are that way (no pun intended).

So yeah that italian report was wrong.

It is rumoured KTM has offered Alvaro Bautista 2 millions euros to join them

And what is Amatrain thinking ?!!

I think Debon is a good rider but replacing Lorenzo with him is gonna cost them I'm afraid.

Wouldn't it better to pick Bautista or even Faubel ?

Or at least enter a second bike...

Kallio has signed to stay one more year at KTM.

Talmacsi may do one more year in 125 as nobody has offered him a good ride in 250.

He should stay at Aspar. Aspar's riders in 250 being Bautista and Faubel.

Faubel doesn't convince me...............yet.

I don't really like him either but he's good races... well to have a shot at winning the 125 title you can hardly be a bad rider

I suppose Aspar's sponsors are more interested to have Faubel than Talmacsi.

Faubel and Talmasci are very equal riders, but i'd probably just give Hector the edge (even though i'm a Talma fan). Maybe i am just spoiled from last year but i feel that he doesn't stand out enough as a 125 rider for me to be confident about him in 250, but he could be right at home so who knows. I still don't like him though.

With Lorenzo, Dovizioso and DeAngelis living, Faubel could have a good year in 250... if Bautista doesn't win all the races

Kallio

If the KTM works, Kallio will probably one of the three top riders playing for the title but I think Bautista has the best chances...

Luthi will also get one of the top Aprilias but I'm not sure he's fully adapted to 250 yet.
