So who has the input on hiring there riders.Everyone in the Corp.?
as others have said they look really sweet this yr and the last few yrs they have too
So who has the eye for talent and taking the risk on someone
The Top Brass ?..Brivi..JB..VR. just good management..
Giving the riders what they want/not telling a rider what there getting.ie this is it..it's a winner
Does yrs of the bike being developed do it.that much
Does it all just fall into place that's how Yam's run..
Different from Honda (< peddler builder)..Suzuki.(< DOH spies).
to a degree Duc (<only Casey is fast)
