Oh dear....that actually makes me not want to buy fiat!

I take back what I said about Gresini ("amateurish") - fiat looks the amateur one compared to gresini now! (just a first impression anyway...maybe it will grow on me.
 
So the Yams get the Ugly Treatment as well. Ugh. I'd say these look even worse than the Gresini Hondas. Especially how Fiat is right under the 46 on the front. Just nasty.

It wasn't too bad, better than the same paint on the honda. But the 2005 yam was brilliant, the new ones don't compare.
 
I have decided its nicer than i thought, and definately nicer than the camel paint job. there are better photos on the mcn website
 
Thats a pretty broad statement that Toyota owns Yamaha.At less than 5%
i would call them more investors than owners.But technically you are correct.
 
If anything Toyota should thank Fiat for all the people who are going to go out and buy more Yamaha's when rossi wins races..i think its was a waste of $$ on Fiats part they should have throw the $$ at track sponsorship billboards etc, not helping toyota revenues

Maybe Toyota's is planning on buying Fiat, if they haven't... you know, with all these General Motor / Opel, Renault / Nissan, etc. going on all over.

now ive seen a side view its not to bad, not sure it will look exactly like this on the track. well have to see
 
Actually, I REALLY like this new livery. With the bright yellow 46, tricolor above the fiat logo and the deep blue, I think it really stands out. Noticed that Acer is also a sponsor this year, on the rear mudguard. If nothing else, it makes a nice change from dirty tobacco advertising (though the 2005 gauloises bike was passable, the camel colours were just revolting)

Check the picture below, the model wearing Vale's leathers has the boots on outside of the leg covers - you would think they could have shown her how to wear them properly, at least!
