I wouldn't call it confirmed. Toby said he believed it was a done deal. I believe him, but its not confirmation.

Yeah, like instead of Fiat the bike is red and in complete Ferarri F1 livery. With micheal Shumachers face on the back of his seat where the dog usually is.

Still I don't think Rossi would go for a red bike. He's awfully supserstitious and I don't think it's a coincidence he ran the blue and yellow colours from his Gauloises days for the official test...basically the colours he last won a championship with. I must admit it made a small shiver of pleasure run down my spine seeing those colours back on the track, whereas I suppose his opponents must have had a few nasty flashbacks seeing that. Another idea I had is maybe they're short on funds and they pulled out all the blue shirts and paint left over from their blue bike days to save some cash!!!
As for the Fiat sponsor...Italian tv are saying that it will be 'in parte FIAT' that is, partly fiat. I guess we'll know soon enough.

I thought Rossi's and Edward's M1s looked great at the official test. It will be weird seeing a Yamaha bike with Fiat branding on it.
