VR46 drops Marquéz merchandise

Sweet. I like it. Now I can go buy a MM93 tshirt and feel good about the purchase since deadbeat Tax evader Rossi won't see a dime.

In all fairness, MM was going to move to Andorra, where taxes would've been much less. Not exactly the same thing but close. Then again, a lot of racers move to low or no tax areas.

I thought living in Andwhore was just a rumor. Agree, lots of these ..... move to places that are ........ taxes havens.

Speculation.

One thing is certain. This little possibly autistic kid has mind ...... the supposed mastermind.

i really hate it when vultures try to take advantage of every situation and market their stuff the same as the press,(specially since non of these has anything to do with the guy). good piece of business tho (short term at least) since every mad rossi fan who had no intention of buying anything from that place probably gonna chip in and buy some crap just for the fk of it.

VR46 Store Drops MM93 Merchandise - MotoGP - Total Bikers

I have no idea how reliable this site is, but I can't say I would be surprised.

It is genuine ........... saw it a few days back and there is some very interesting discussion around as to whether it is a good move, petulance or as some are actually suggesting, whether it was Marquez who was not going to renew a licence agreement for distribution rights, but Rossi went public first

Time will tell who let who go.

dont they have enough on their plate already to waste time about these kinda stuff!!! rossi is not managing that company or store does he?( i really dont know). cant these stuff just be some kinda advertisement moves (using the hype or whatever) and so on,...

I have no doubt Rossi has stayed up sleepless nights thing about how he's been "cheated" out of 'his' championship. This is just the stuff that goes public. Make no mistake, he's still seething. Definitely he called the managers and instructed them to drop MM93. Its all part of his epic meltdown and ..... moves.

i agree with your first point but about the second one, i highly doubt it.

Strongly doubt that he has any involvement in other than name, much like Wayne Gardner with Wayne Gardner Enterprises back in the day (admittedly he would occasionally drop into the warehouse ........ mind you, one of his NSR500 was in the corner under a tarp)

Thing is, with a lot of merchandising I suspect the named rider signs off that the item is acceptable to their brand and that is it ........

There is an article doing the rounds where he states that it will take him months before he is over season 2015

MotoGP title loss will take "months" to heal, Valentino Rossi says - MotoGP news - AUTOSPORT.com

Big ....... deal, there are plenty of sewing machines and sweat shops that will be more than happy to pick up the order. Just another instance of Rossi cutting his nose of to spite his face

Ive been trying to remember an athlete in any sport who has been as much of a sore loser then Rossi. I cant think of one. Can anyone else?
.

Some tennis players come to mind ........... not sure that they would drag it on as long or with as vitriolic a fan but some feuds have gone on for years

Not once has he mentioned any of his failings that led to his spectacular choke job.

I can't think of one worse than Rossi. Honestly, I can't think of anybody being this bad. There is this great story that the Yankees owner broke his hand by punching a wall in anger when they lost to the Dodgers, 81 World Series. When the media asked him, he said he broke his hand fighting two Dodger's fans. It was a lie, but that's a very sore loser. I never watch tennis, but the .... these athletes get away with is unbelievable. I only know because of highlights. Obviously we all know John McHoe, but recently I saw Serena or Venues (.... if I can tell them apart ) Williams laying into refs and refusing to shake hands with opposing players, etc. I also remember that Russian .... who after he was awarded a silver metal, took it off and put in his hand, in figure skating. I also remember seeing NBA highlights (i never watch that freak show as "sport") where Lamar Hoedom and LeBrand James refused to shake hands with opposing players when they lost.

But never ever have I seen a sore loser call a press conference and go insane relentlessly like this over several opportunities, calling the rivals cheaters, even the organizers were not spared saying they had penalised him unjustly. From the Sepang pre-event, to the podium conference he snubbed, to post Valencia press conferences where he essentially went full JFK/Area 51 insane, and the caught on tape chastising of the top League executive, who kowtowed to him rather than asserting any kind of spine, to tongue lashing Pedrosa and Iannone for racing, to this chickenshit move severing ties with merchandise, and let's not forget the ultimate sour grapes ..... move of not showing up to the award show. I honestly cannot think of any other top athletes going this bad over close to a month. And the fascinating thing is his fans have not only supported this sore loser, but made him out to be the victim. Did i miss anything? Its all Unbelievable. Fascinating.

This would be a great tshirt design idea: SORE LOSER, in the Rossi "the doctor" rainbow font.

The Doctor needs a doctor. The Patient.

Don't think I've posted before, but the end of the season got me all turbulent.

This is some funny stuff. I guess Rainey and Schwanz might have engaged in this kind of thing, had there been significant internet commerce at the time....

And, I always remember Gobert pissing in Slight's helmet...
