Valencia GP, Cheste - any help or advice on best stand/seats?

I agree pay per view will do untold damage to the UK viewing,


People who have followed for ages are saying fcuk it I ain't paying!


 


On another note, does anyone know how many appliances can be on a vid pass at the same time?


Might be worth getting a few together and all viewing though the same account.

I doubt it would let more than one ip address log in at anyone time. If the site does you can be sure dorna will do something to stop it before too long.


This upcoming Valencia race is likely to be the last live gp race i get to see. The only way i can see that changing is either BT sport becomes a part of my basic TV package at no extra cost, or after the BT sport 5 year contract runs out it goes back to free to view. Personally i'm quite confidant i will be able to view all the races, they just will not be live.

There should be lots of places in Cheste. The locals rent out their garages for people to sleep in.
 
For those in the know, I purchased a ticket but realized they only provided one ticket for the 3 days. Is this the case?

I ask because when I went to the MotoGP round earlier this year at COTA in Austin, I was provided 3 separate tickets, one for each day Fri Sat Sun.

Just want to make sure this one ticket for Valencia is good for all 3 days?

It was 3 days on one ticket when i went mate. I think they punch a hole in the ticket each day.
 
You guys and gals want to meetup for a group photo? Would be great to say hello and meet everyone. I'll check things out on Friday and suggest a spot to meetup in Sat and Sun. Open to others suggestions too.

I found a spot in Valencia too. Thank goodness for airbnb! I'm here until Monday, then heading east to Portugal and then south to Morocco.

Hmm maybe dinner Friday in Valencia?

Why is are people showing up in Spain this year?  I've been living 45 min from Motorland, and couple hours from Cheste and Montmelo  the las 5 years and no takers on vino and tapas.  Now that I move to Minnesota, people start show up.  I'm a good guy to hang out with!!  I guess the next time I might run into a few of you will be Indy.  


 


Have a great time.  I will miss the atmosphere and general vibrant buzz around Spain with the "triplete."  It will be a great celebration for years of youth cultivation.  Or as Jum calls it, a conspiracy... I think you will see that MM is much more liked than JL.  


 


Again, Enjoy and I'm jealous as I watch the races on some ...... live feed internet channel with snow outside my window.... Ughh

@Duc - the best I could offer is our car (no heating) on the circuit camp ground.  Look out for a black VW Passat estate with blacked out windows (at the back).  It looks like I should be selling something dodgy or taking dead people places.

I'm free to meetup now. I'm back in Valencia charging my phone and then heading out to see the city. I have a SIM card so I can check my phone. How about around 6pm somewhere?
 
wind came up in the afternoon, rather cold and strong. apart from that it's nice, sunny with light clouds and around 20 degrees C.

interestingly, hardly any riders were crashing today (among all classes) and the fans were very quite and not cheering for anyone at all. it's only friday, but i always imagined spain a bit more enthusiastic.
