One week to go folks!

Who has the freshest engine(s) to wick-up to full bore? Will J-Lo try anything to unsettle Mr MM? Will the kid be a rock or a folder? Can anyone get in the mix of the front 3 and shake it up?

Will the HRC Proddy Racer put in lap times equal to the Repsol Factory bikes?

Time will tell, but let us discuss in our usual calm fashion!!

I hope Lorenzo and Marquez get into a dicing match for P1 and P2 in the race. Honda seems to have ...... over Pedrosa in Motegi, giving him an unrideable motorcycle towards the latter stages of the race. Doubt we will see much of a challenge from Pedrosa, unless it rains in which case Pedrosa will probably win.

To answer your questions... Nobody will be able to challenge the 3 Spaniards, unless there is some crazy conditions to deal with.

The production bike will be slower than the satellite Honda's. Beyond that, who knows.

Love to see a good battle, this fix is the last for a while. I'll be jonesing by mid December.

Lorenzo to win, Marquez to finish 2nd probably. Enough for the title.

Proddy to be exactly -.937 seconds off lead HRC lap. Which will be exactly .322 ahead of Lorenzo.

Crutchlow to magically lose three seconds, well behind Dovi. Pol to go faster than Rossi.

Hayden to do a ghostie on the Duc as a farewell measure.

Dovi to cry when he realises he's got another year.

.... I want Lorenzo to win.

the race or the championship?

i didn't find lorenzo enjoyable, but this year my respect for him grows, and if he will be champ, it will be well deserved.

I'd like to see J-Lo win the championship, but I really can't see Marky Mark finishing below 4th unless he falls off. (So let's hope that happens - rider ok)

So semi-realistially I'll settle for 99 and 93 having a great on track scrap for the race win to close out the season.

Although more likely, I expect JL will win the race comfortably with MM taking an easy second to take the championship.

This!

Well this is the last race I will get to say thanks to the coverage going to BT. :(

I would love Lorenzo to win both the race and the championship, but like 14X said I can't see it happening unless Marquez has an off. I'd never wish him to be hurt, not ever but if his bike broke down or he gently came off I wouldn't cry ;)

Oh and GO CAL!!!!

I'm hoping Marquez falls to pieces like a Seconda watch and J-lo win the championship. I have a bet with Burky that we agreed to at the start of the season. Bottle of Baileys on it. Not my choice of booze i might add but Burky is a weekend cross dresser.

When next you speak to him ask if he is still doing his artwork ;)

Lorenzo wins by a mile, Marquez cruises to title, proddy racer equals the factory bikes' lap times then hits the beach and walks on water.

Well it has been the most fascinating season since 2006 and if either of these two win the title it will be well deserved....even if they are both Spanish.

I hope JLo wins as he has been mighty this year. Probably the most "perfect" rider to come along in the last decade - but it is for this reason his riding bores me.....I just cant get excited watching this guy ride as he simply doesnt look that quick even compared to some of the CRT's.....but he is such a fighter and brilliant competitor that I cant help but like the guy.

Marquez on the other hand.....what a talent and so entertaining to watch on track when he isnt being reckless. I said to myself before the season started that I should put a few dollars on him winning the title....so if he does I will be pissed off I didnt take a punt on the lad and put my money where my mouth is.

Anyway it has been a very entertaining season - may the best man win.

The race.

That's all he can do. The rest is up to others.

Or JLo gave half a million pedro to torpedo Marquez (replica '06), which he wouldn't mind because he thinks that his hours of glory are past him.
