Chopped the back rest, the end can,the screen (superduke-esque),sorted the sparks and a touch up with a rattle can.Much more to do to get it `flattrack style`,got to lower the back end a few inches, change the front end to upside downers, correct flat track `bars,.get some white number boards on the sidepanels and basically minimise things down a little, coupla months work and saving (I have a ZX9 front end put by for me,yummy!),hope you like it so far folks.Ta,Craig.

Yeah, keep it coming Drill. BTW how do you like riding it so far? Is it possible to take corners on two wheels? OR what I should ask is if it has solid rear axle or a diff?

Paint your rims black. And oh yeah, get those neon glow lighting kit.... preferably in green. Jumkie has the hook-up's for those neon glow kits, it's on his bike so ask him how he likes it.

Is this a U.K thing because outside of old ladies riding Harley 3 wheelers I've never seen one.

Just my opinion but I think it's quite possibly the lamest thing I've ever seen and aside from that probabaly the most dangerous thing on the road as well.

Halfway there Rog,far too much excess wiring!I`ll be fitting new marker lights, blinkers, brake lights and front headlight over the winter for that minimalist look,oh,and a decent lick of gloss or satin black for the tank.panels and spokes on the rear alloys.Plenty to be getting on with and cheap with it mate!

<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE (JohnnyKnockdown @ Nov 7 2009, 11:30 PM) <{POST_SNAPBACK}><div class='quotemain'>How do you make it street legal. I'm assuming you can't just go to the DMV and register it.

If you use the original swing arm pivot point to fabricate your axle arms from then you don`t have to re-register,but,if you want to go about building a hard tail with new spars etc (doing away with the pivot point) then you have to go and register it with the SVA here.Hope that helps although there are more knowledgeable people on the site who could broaden on what I`ve stated there.

Maybe that's why I've never seen one on the road here unless it was built from the factory.
I don't think they would allow it . I did see at Daytona a few years back a 4 wheeler modded
to be street legal. At least I think it was street legal.
Can you get enough power to break the tires loose and get sideways through a corner. That would be a blast if you could.

Harley do a factory trike, not many sold to my knowledge though,Can-Am do a reverse trike too.But yes you can have some fun drifting in the wet around traffic islands.

I guess you weren't lucky enough to have those plastic toy trikes as a kid or else you'd know. You missed out on childhood ol' Johnny boy.

I had a Honda 185 S ATC back in the day. I spent many a day doing nothing but drifting.
They were a lot of fun. I'm sure on the street a trike would be pretty cool. I just think the bikes
look odd but I guess it's more function over form.
I would love to see a trike wheelie.
