The guy can flat out ride and if there isn't any team orders you will see him fight for more wins than a little bit. (All that depends on if the 1098 is any good).

I disagree, Xaus is good but crashes way too much, i expect Biaggi and Bayliss to be comfortably better

A lot of the result will rest on how much the rules fallin favour of ducati and how many times they are altered throughout the year. The past would suggest that red carpet will be rolled out for Bayliss to walk the championship but if he is seriously threatend i expect him to lose.

To me it looks like the rules are so that Bayliss will be threatend. If he isn't they are not even close to doing their job with the new regulation rules. I also think they have learned from their mistakes and that the history will not repeat it self.... this time.

Does anybody think Nieto will ever become a somebody? He was actually pretty good in his 250cc days but since has been fairly stagnant, i think it'd be nice to see the Suzuki ride work out for him.

He will find a way to come runner up yet again.

I'm rooting for him but I don't see it happening. My money is on Biaggi if he has factory support, or Bayliss.

Dark horse, the Ghazi from Turkey, or Xaus.

Kiyo will probably be like Dani Pedrosa in 2006. He'll do well, but might not succeed in claiming the title because of experience with the bike. However, you have Bayliss and Haga who stand a really good chance.
