PS..... Biaggi is one of the hardest fuckers in GP in my memory. He is just unlucky he rode in an era of Doohan and Rossi. Apart from his last year, he had 7 years running in the top 4 and 6 of these were 2nd or 3rd. With a few less DNF's he could have won at least a couple of those years.
Not necessarily the fastest, or the most naturally tallented, but one of the maddest fuckers to ever ride the 500's or GP bikes.
He would take a bike that shouldn't have been near the front, and be pushing unmakable passing moves for the lead, even after his tyres were shot. Often he would crash trying. And he wound people up. Didn't he go the knuckle with more than a few people, including his own team mates.
Max is probably lucky not to be dead.
