First practice times are in and its looking good for Bayliss fnas, he is back where he belongs at the good end of the field. Nice to see JT holding it strong again. Biaggi is so far being done by his teammate and underperforming pretty bad. That damn well better not last.

I hope J.T. has a good season, he looks strong early on. It's good to see Bayliss back where he belongs. It is strange he really doesnt like Doha, Qatar does he? I think Biaggi will improve some but not much. He is a finesse rider and P.I. requires both skill and brute force as well

I looking forward to seeing Baylisstic go elbow to elboy with JT. As for Biaggi, he was ok there on the gp bikes, he should be higher.

SUPER JIMMY T!!

From Crash.net

"while Losail race one winner Max Biaggi for Alstare Suzuki Corona Extra qualified sixth, before falling off late on his slow down lap, walking back through the pitlane entrance with his number three machine being pushed behind him. Each of these riders was within a second Toseland's impressive time."

Good old Max. Who else could fall off on a slow down lap and have a number THREE machine?

i took it as his number 3.. as in his first bike which is number 3? :-/

I think this will be the best WSB for some years.

What a result for JT to beat Bayliss @ home too.

<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE <div class='quotemain'>Yukio Kagayama has been taken to Melbourne hospital after a horror crash four laps in to Fridays first qualifying session at Phillip Island – but first test show that the Japanese rider is not as badly injured as first feared.
He lost the front at the ultra fast Southern Loop and was suspected to have broken his left collarbone, ribs and punctured his spleen. En route to hospital Kagayama was semi conscious complaining of chest pains.
First X-rays show he has not broken the collarbone or ribs, however he is still experiencing severe pain in the chest and abdomen, especially around the spleen.

NAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHH

JT all the way. 06 seconds is a lot.

That was an excellent superpole, very exciting. Looks like the race is gonna be between JT and Bayliss, they look like the big boys this weekend.

Fonsi Nieto wasn't as strong as i wanted himn to be, and Biaggi needs to go better i think. Haga did himself a large favour after his practice pace and i think Corser could have gone better if he hadn't fallen off in turn one. Looks set for good racing.
