It must be nice not having the pressure of winning another title to "prove" something.

Well he earned it, so have fun on your vacation Mr. Rossi.

It would be cool to see him compete against Travis Pastrana here at X games. (of course Vale would probably get beat).

no... the link is 2008... if you actually click on where it says 2007... it takes you to the 2007 lineup.. which coincidently has no troy bayliss.

Based on what? What has Pastrana achieved in the world of rallying to be considered that superior to Rossi?

Yet Rossi keeps piling up Records before Vacations:

395 is Constructors Season Points Record from 2003 (Rossi was Champion with Honda at that time), with a 6th place (10 Points) of any Yamaha Rider they will break it (Rossi is Champion with Yamaha this time).

Rossi winning in Valencia means, in addition to 382 Points in one season being the 'Most Points of All Times', that he would equal Agostini with 4 times having got 10 or more Victories in one Season.
