Which team will be the first to then setup radio communication scrambling devices around the track?

That said, maybe they should discuss it in a random rider's trailer and come up with a decision ............ invite only discussion of course for a majority decision

I have answered phone calls on my bluetooth while riding and it is destructing for sure.
I think dash communication is not a bad idea if it's limited to simple instructions as they do with pit boards and flags now. Hope they are not going to implement messy rules about what you can or can't tell to riders like F1.

I was of the impression that they already proposed development of a race flag info transmittex via dashboard communication already.

Other than safety directions, no other comms should be allowed.
