Rossi calls for introduction of race radios

They are barely allowed to any radio communication in f1 anymore, so why have it in motogp then? Maybe he should open up his eyes a lil bit more. And those damn motorbikes are louder than an f1 car plus a motogp race is like 40-50 min long. No point of having radios.

Because by radio for instance Rossi could have been told that Marquez had pitted for slicks 2 laps ago & was lapping 5 seconds a lap quicker than anyone else. Makes a pretty easy decision to pit doesn't it?

Leave it alone. The rider that pits first takes all the risks & often becomes either a hero or a dill. Having radios installed will then simply make them guinea pigs for everybody that didn't want to take a chance.
 
What Rossi wants Rossi gets,he's the main man dontcha know,let the .... have his radio,while he's fannying about trying to tune it in Marquez will keep on kicking his arse.
 
I thought we all agreed radio should stay banned in motogp. this topic should not be discussed, unless you want to belittle the greatest rider of all time.

but I'm looking forward to had some different perspective.

I dont see any good reasons in Rossi's statement. what I can see is just him asking for rider aids, he's spesifically asking radio because of his circumstances in Assen and Sachsenring. If he want to be listened, he sould talk as to cover all motogp riders need with radio. not just his need.

there might be other reasons good enough to convince motogp needs radio. but I'm not seen one yet.

So in which yardstick he is the GOAT. In terms of riding ability he is not even in top three in last fifteen years and in terms of titles Agostini got that front covered. And as for belittle him The Goat is doing great about that by himself.

Rossi does not want radio aid for good of Moto GP. He is just paranoid and trying to everything possible to get the 10th Moto gp title.

To be fair it appears, from David Emmett anyway, that journalists raised the issue with him rather than him spontaneously coming up with it, so perhaps we are/I am overestimating Valentino's desperation based on the evidence of the radio issue anyway.
 
Whilst I agree with Marquez about keeping Motogp unique in regards to F1, I wish there was a microphone recording what was coming out of Rossi's mouth on track at Sepang last year.
