rd6 assen... predics, practice, quali

I really hope Spies pushes Nicky, he can go faster but maybe having another American up front will cause Nicky to try harder and go faster. Looks like a good weekend of racing coming up, WOOT!

get off the Texas wagon please.
<

Texas? And all this time I thought it was a Chilean flag.

impressed with depuniet again, and spies, hayden doing well.. i can't wait for laguna!

5 69 Nicky HAYDEN USA Ducati Team DUCATI 1'34.999 25 29 0.484 0.073 312.0

Despite Nicky's 5th, which really is down for his home Euro track, it doesn't look good. He struggled the entire session bottom dwelling for 50 minutes. It wasn't until his last three laps that he put in a fast lap.

Isnt' that normal for him this year?

So this week was Melandry turn to not take part in the race, I hope we dont miss anybody in tomorrow's warm up.

Imo this race is again Lorenzo's to lose, he is at his top form and no one seems to have any answer to him at the moment, at least Casey will begin this one on the front row.

Pedrosa looks not on his top form again, and that means game set and match Horhay.

Does anyone realize that Jonathan Rea's Q time this year at Assen would have placed him 5th on the grid for tomorrows race. 1mn 34s.944

Sad but true. Actually - I'd rather you'd not brought it to my attention.

Alas, my illusions are shattered.

Rd6. ASSEN RACE RESULT. TOP FIVE my predition is

1. LORENZO

2. DOVIZIOSO

3. SPIES

4. STONER

5. DE PUNIET

Lorenzo is as dominant as Stoner was in 2007 and in good part of 2008.

Now, with Rossi out, who will try to fill the gap and put up a real fight with Lorenzo?

Does that mean that a Superbike would beat half the field at Assen? ...Interesting

Realistically it won't be anyone on a satelite bike, as much as I would love to see it, the separation between the two is still too great. My money will be on Stoner and Pedrosa and maybe Dovi on a couple wet races. I know it's a safe bet but it's better than just saying no one.

OH .... what was I thinking HAYDEN IS GOING TO DOMINATE!!

and hopefully SPies too.

wow, i didn't believe it and had to look it up myself. Pedrosa and Dovi should be embarrassed.

Berry is trying to back in his wagon all alone in the Outback sulking in 2007 Stoner pics
<

Well if I'm riding it up to pace the wagon will be backing it in of its own accord and I'll just have to control that ...... and their wont be any "kids skids" involved
