Prosecutor considers action over Tomizawa death

Wow, that will certainly bring a tear to your eye. Jorge just went up a few notches on my fan meter. Before, i thought of him as only a self centered, self promoting, arrogant little prick who i respected for his talent to ride a motorcycle. This shows a different side of Jorge that we are not allowed to see, damn shame it took something like this to bring it out.

Pov, I had thought the same of Lorenzo while a 250 rider, but having met him a few times, he quickly convinced me he had grown up quiet a bit. He's a good guy and real calm and appreciative of his fans. The look at me celebrations may be a bit much but when he;s done with that he really seems to be a genuine down to earth dude.

Its not a debate here Drunkie, I merely corrected a falsehood you where operating under.

If I keep my post to you under few sentences, can you keep up? Where do you get this idea I'm operating under falsehood, I'm saying he did get prompt medical attention, and being rushed to ambulance was part of this. Like I said, you've lost your way if you're debating me. Infact, I don't even know what you are arguing anymore. I guess its my fault for replying to you, as I knew we wouldn't really get anywhere. Anyway, I'm about done with this topic as its all very tragic and bickering is not helping. Everybody is upset and rightly so as this situation sparks many emotions.

Its not a debate here Drunkie, I merely corrected a falsehood you where operating under. Especially given the situation I think its pertinent folk stay objective not create ........ and falsehoods. Answer to my correction of you if anything not your usual booze adled crap

.

And to your suggestion of there being humour in my post perhaps I need to put it straight to you .... its not humour ... because of the constant disrespectful misinformation being put forward by the likes of yourself, its not humour, its angry satire.

Same for your idiotic buddy MickRossi 46 who merely postes an agreement to anything anti-me. Never says a thing pertinent just posts and agrees with any crap that seems to disagree with me.

Now back to the post at hand ....... do you still maintain there were no competent medics on site, very early? SInce Mick .... Rossi 46 agrees with you would he like to answer?

No he wouldn’t.!!. In fact, I’m not going to get into anymore of your so called debates as you’re just an argumentative, arrogant arsehole who only comes on here to get peoples backs up and create division. Even in this thread you still can’t help yourself.

What a dickehead .......... this is a thread about ..... Prosecution ..... and all you've done is sook at me. You haven't uttered one word other than to sook at Barrymachine.

And to correct you, I in fact have already said it is not a debate.

Inquiries take place, a lot of the reason they do is to correct the public undrstandng of a situation. Eg. You hate the situation and blame all manners of folk, including me it would seem. But you have absolutely no substance for you hate.An inquiry will fill in the gaps for you though. The sad thing is what the inquiry may do to some inocent folk involved, who were trying their very best in a .... situation.

The moment folk started with the "hang him high" talk, it was on the cards

The same side of Jorge came out with Rossi's crash. I know a lot of people thought he was playing mindgames but I thought he was genuine at the time.

Nice words by Lorenzo.

This quote says it all

"The terrible thing is that we should continue, we cannot be stopped."

REDDING READY TO RACE AFTER MISANO TRAGEDY

Published: 9 Sep 2010

Scott Redding suffered only minor injuries after crashing out of Sunday's Moto2 race at the Misano World Circuit and is already well on the road to recovery. The British teenager is, however, still struggling to come to terms with the sad death of respected rival Shoya Tomizawa.

Redding was knocked unconscious in the crash, which occurred ten laps into the 23-lap Moto2 race, but recovered consciousness as marshals arrived on the scene. The Marc VDS rider was recovered by marshals and medical staff and transported to the medical centre by ambulance.

After a thorough examination Redding received 12 stitches to close a laceration in his lower back and was then released from the medical centre. The 17-year-old Briton initially had no recollection of the crash, and this remains the same now.

Redding will now spend some time resting to give the wound on his lower back time to close, before heading to a one-day test at Valencia on Monday, ahead of the next Moto2 round, which takes place at the Aragon circuit from 17-19 September.

"I was gutted when I found out the news about Tomi and it still hasn't really sunk in yet," said Redding. "He was a really good guy and will definitely be missed in the paddock and on the track. My thoughts are with his family, friends and team, who all suffered a huge loss at the weekend."

"I don't remember anything about the crash; one minute I was on the gas as normal and the rest is just a blank. I haven't seen the crash on television, and I don't want to, but I do know that I was very lucky to escape serious injury. The wound to my back is already improving, and I'm determined to get back on the bike as soon as possible. We have a one-day test at Valencia next week, which will give me a chance to check everything is okay with my back, before heading to Aragon for the next race," concluded the Gloucestershire teenager.

Hector Faubel echoed his teammate's sentiments about the tragic loss of Shoya Tomizawa.

"I rode some days together with Shoya when he arrived in the World Championship with Honda," said Faubel. "He was the most funny guy in the paddock. It didn't matter to him if you beat him in the last race or not, he still had time for you. He congratulated you if you won or even just had a good practice session. I last saw Shoya at the Clinca Mobile on Saturday evening in Misano, when he greeted me with; 'Faubel, good job in Indy. You were very strong and I'm happy for you.' That's the type of person he was."

"My thoughts are also with Scott, who I'm sure will bounce back from this tragic weekend. It will be difficult, sure, but I'm certain he can do it. I look forward to seeing him on the bike again at Valencia during the test and back at the front of the pack in Aragon."

...............................................................................

The action taken on Shoya if he's not breathing

yes could be why he was moved or do Docs get to him with portable kit and treat him that way while its red flagged and then the ambulance gets to him

by treating him with portable kit it saves time carrying him through the gravel.

then as above i still think they FUBAR'D with there action no RED FLAG etc if Scott had lost consciousness the last thing you do is move the guy.geez

and i know its not the same but watching Emergency bikers paramedics last night any one that just trips or falls are neck braced

and spinal boarded.

so after looking at some Statements etc Toby i can see the smaller picture there but the whole thing on red flags and moving riders needs a major re think before the nxt race but nothing will get done

Explains him not moving for a while then.. jeez it gets worse the more you hear about it. Im glad he hasnt watched the crash, that would have done more harm than good, poor guy, he knows he has a lot of support though.

why just now? the kid is good & a fellow englander...

well its not just now really, i always follow brit riders but it doesn't make me a fan just because of passport. for me to become a fan you normally earn that over time, but things like this tend to speed up that time.

Totally agree, im not a Bradley fan at all - he's a nice lad but to be honest has been a let down.. Scott i have a lot of faith in though, even when he was on a crappy bike he was battling, trying, none of this "after you sir.." business. He's talented. I think he will come back, and i think a large part of that is because of the support he has received, particularly on facebook, everyones been wonderful to him. This is a lot for anyone to deal with, let alone a 17 year old, but he needs to come back, everyone knows it was not his fault, unfortunately it's racing.

Yeah that gash looks pretty nasty.. but he's lucky thats all he got, i'm very surprised he didnt break anything coz he hit that tarmac so hard :S

Takes a lot of guts to even get back on a bike after a nasty off, let alone race one at the highest level. Good on you Scott.!! And i agree about Bradley, he needs to be looking at Moto 2. He's a bit to big for the 125cc now.
