Pedrosa will be the favourite, it won't be his last chance, he is still young. All he needs is equal luck.

Fashionably late.

Of all the motogp world champions who has taken the longest to get the job done? My old school history isn't great, but I've ruled out KRSR already, best I can come up with is Criville winning on his 8th attempt, this will be Dani's 8th try too.

So you think that Rossi's twelve years in GP including a GP championship in 500s, 79 victories, 141 podiums and seven world championships and just having been handed the keys to one of the best bikes in the field and he's going to get his ... handed to him by a rookie?
I think you are deluded.
Rossi hasn't become a bad rider just because he spent time out in the wild with a bike he (and no-one else, either) could gel with. He may not be the rider he was back in 1998, but he is still miles ahead of nearly every other rider on the planet.
The only way Marquez is going to beat Rossi, Lorenzo or Pedrosa to win a race is if all of them have some setup issue, an injury or some environmental factor affects the race.

You know that egg The Deal was talking about.... hmmm. I think I ended up in a trough of it.
OK, I admit, the rookie has some serious, mad skillz. But Rossi is circulating the same speed as he was in 2010. QP in 2010 1'39.558, QP this year 1'39.300, therefore he hasn't gotten any slower - but the rest of the field has gotten better.

Anyway, I understand much of you don't give the needed credit to the rookie, it's ok.

Yeah, because when I said "the rookie has some serious, mad skillz." I really meant, "I hope the cocksucking little Spanish turd breaks his neck".

Considering the risks they are all taking and what happened 18 months ago that statement has lost you any respect i had.

Naah, deal. It was a hyperbolic reply to make a point. Read it again.
