I know that it was 90% sure that they wouldnt race, but its now been confirmed that Kenny's team wont show at Motegi.

Looks most likely they will not run races outside of their continent. All races nearby they will try to race. For example, Valencia or a closeby track but not Motegi, Sepang and definitly not an overseas race like Phillip Island.
