Hey guys,

I'm new here (see my post in introductions) so I thought i'd show you my 2 main toys to break the ice with my fellow petrol heads.

The first one is my classic car, a 1971 MG B GT in Brooklands Green. I'm currently building a V8 model in between my racing funds.

Second and third pictures are my racing Superkart that I race in the British Superkart Series in the 125ICC class. Its a 125cc single cylinder reed valve 2 stroke with 6 speed gearbox and i'm sure some of you bikers have seen these in action, they are great fun! The first photo shows it running my race number 22. I'm selling this kart now as I want to get a 250cc model.

Hope you enjoy!

That MG looks pristene! You must have spent a long time on it. The kart looks more fun though.
Really love karting myself, but not on the level you participate at!

I love two wheels, but i've never gotten on riding them really. I;m built like Pedrobot (dont hold it against me) being 56kg so I find most bikes a bit heavy for me. I'm a whizz on my minimoto dirtbike though, does that count?!

Me too, we've got an indoor race track near us and my two bosses took us all there one night, it was great, I could put my foot down, screech round corners sideways and he couldn't tell me off!

Ha! excellent fun.

Come on #22 you're on a biker forum. Don't try to .... us with size/"I can't ride well" arguments. Firstly there is a bike to fit every size - my 5 foot tall , 95lb wife rides sport bikes, cruisers and dirt bikes (and, as I think I have mentioned before a 125 Honda Dream!). She learned to ride in her 30s and had the same initial fears as you, but found it all came together with seat time - as confidence increases so does comfort zone and so does skill level. GET OUT OF THE CAGE MAN AND ENJOY THE OPEN ROAD AS IS WAS MEANT TO BE!

Yeah I can actually, because thats the Isle of Man Kart Grand Prix which I have done, AND I can tell you that kart is an Anderson AK chassis with a 250 motor, and seeing as the AK is a bag of ..... I most likely lapped faster than it too. Now go away and stop nit picking..
