As pointed out, Dani got one of his 2 race "allotted" run away race wins per year at Mugello. He's got one more win for the year, where will it be? That said, good riding on his part. No doubts about what the Honda can do now.
Lorenzo played it smart, picked up very valuable 20 pts. Will he resign with Yamaha? Will we have another Fiat team with the best two riders in 2011?
Dovi also put in a good ride at his home track, but with Pedrosa's dominant win I imagine Dovi will lose the #1 position on the team that he thought he had.
The real battle and entertainment was with Stoner, Melandri and RdP. No doubt Stoner showed he can fight for position. Doubtful we would have seen the same fighting spirit if Dani were caught in the Melandri / RdP sandwich. Spies was always lurking in the back but couldn't make the move to join the battle, however he did finish the race this time.
Edwards, you were doing great in FP and Qualifying and then another poor result race day? What's the excuse this time.

None of those guy's are Rossi fans, you know it.
It's inevitable that Some of Rossi fans will turn against him, but thats with all the rider's and Some of their fans.
Aren't Some of other rider's fans happy that Rossi is out now? surely yes, this is just the way Some of us people do. Rossi has way much more fans than the other's, so youll see it more, but i see all top rider's have their own die hard fans who hate everything about rivals of their favorite's.
back to what Lorenzo did, it was a nice thing to do to support Rossi, though IMO maybe it was a bit too much, but since it was a positive act, it doesn't harm.
He could have done just enough with that written board, but as he is a latin guy and theyr more sensitive and this was Rossi's home race, he felt he had to do it more to show people that he isn't happy about his team mate's accident. I believe he did it from his heart. and again it was not a negative thing at all.

Well some of us partied till 4am, and watched the race an hour later. Haystack uncharaçteristically crashes, Golden child takes himself out of season, and the Midget wins (including ......... on my screen replacing the Uccio team emotion camera shots) . I'd call that my trifecta of insult to hangover.
And yes, if you had said the race sucked, it most defo would have been cuz Rossi crashed, you bopper.

but hey man, you were the first on my thoughts when nicky crashed. I was shouting my lungs off when I saw it was him, like, "Oh no Jumkie's gonna smash his TV...Nicky, it wouldn't be the same without you on 4th!!!"
