yeah, bit torrents... but it's not streaming. it's actually downloading something (movies, music, tv shows, races... whatever) from somebody else's computer. and it's form of piracy (long live!).

Bittorrent isn't particularly anonymous. Quite easy to build up a long list of downloaders of a given file.
