You gotta be kidding?
That was a cracking race.
The battles between Jorge & Vale & then Jorge & Marquez were enthralling.
Only a wheel between first & second over the finish line.
You can't ask for more than that.
Yes I know your a big Rossi fan & he had some bad luck today.
But overall the race was brilliant.

Awww man did you just wake?

you just missed the best race since Catalunya 2007 ( oh and any Stoner ride at PI )

Come to the track if you want to see some real racing. I don't have memories of pi I don't even like the track.

Oh wait yes I do rossi sliding it in the corners

Shut the .... up .....!! I dont know the facts. But I'd be willing to bet yamaha have had the most blown engines over the history of the series

Haha nice. I don't know the facts but I'm just going to say some random ..... Is that all you do?

The thing that really was amazing with Lorenzo's performance is that in spite of Rossi being a hell of a late braker, he could not outbrake Lorenzo into turn 1. Really a gem of a performance from Lorenzo to consistently outbrake and outperform Rossi for the duration before the engine failure. Rossi made a few mistakes trying to find a way past Lorenzo. If that battle unfolds to the end, I don't think Rossi wins that race as MM was going to get involved eventually. But it really puts into perspective how good Lorenzo is, that he took on the guy who is widely regarded the best braker in GP, and outperformed him on the brakes.
I think Rossi had a fair chance of winning without the engine failure, although Jorge on this occasion as well as MM was just as fast at the end of the race as at the beginning. Bad management by Yamaha actually as the Australian TV coverage was suggesting; if they were well ahead with engine usage why not change the engines of both riders after a catastrophic failure for one rider of an engine with presumably similar wear.

I would suggest to that certain element among Rossi fandom that invoking karma after qualifying results can come back to bite you though.

Now that I'm calming down, I realize I was kind of mentally holding my breath waiting for someone's tire to delaminate. Finally a race where the Michelins didn't turn to .....

Marquez and Lorenzo wow, I feel for Marquez there that drive that he and Pedrosa have been talking about just cost him a victory.

Yeah HRC need to get a fix on this .... software soon. Would have been the best FU to the rossi fans had the 3 Spaniards made the podium.

Surprised by commentators comment - ianone setting fastest speed in MotoGP history at 354 km/h. Nuts
