I am beginning to think Rossi is like a psycho devil in Stephen King’s novel Needful things. He let people battle each other and gets what he wants at end. MM helped him in terms of points by passing Lorenzo and gifting him 3rd at Sepang. MM will do his best to win to try to dispel the accusation at Valencia. Pedorosa gained popularity from Rossi boppers by looking like innocent bystander. He may battle harder to Lorenzo to gain more popularity. I read the rumor that Lorenzo may move to Ducati from 2017 at Motogpmatters. Lin Jarvis is not happy that he tried to intervene to CAS without advance notice to Yam. He may get a teammate slower than him like he wished after all mess he created. I hope Lorenzo wins the title.

The factor of pressure on JL's shoulders is not to be underestimated. No matter how he tries to shake it all away with answers like "me being the one who has chased the most - championship wise -, anything that comes this year is a blessing", if he doesn't win, after all odds are now pointing to him, he surely knows that not only he will have to regret it a lot, but that the mess he's created inside Yamaha during the last two weeks won't be forgotten as easily.

And that body language during the weird press conference... a lot of confidence. Like, a whole lot. Not the smallest sign of worry. Very uncautious.

What?

Jlo has the most pressure Sunday. And ive said it before, I fully expect VR to 'get' the title. The only two factory machines poised to effect the title will be the only ones willing to race Lorenzo. A situation has been created where no other rider will be willing (or able) to race VR for position, and all will be acutely aware of the fact. All VR needs to do is catch, and pass, as nobody will be willing to overtake him for the position once passed. Its all advantage VR. Way too much has been made of the rear grid start, as I bet if Jlo had a choice, he would trade positions with VR in an instant if it meant having the 7 point advantage. Neither Yamaha rider wants to risk racing the two factory Hondas. The fact is Lorenzo must beat at least one of them.

Regarding the press conference cancelation, never has such an extraordinary action been taken by a supposed impartial League to insulate a rider from his own actions that caused a penalty and firestorm. Imagine had the NFL cancelled the pre event press conferences leading up to the Superbowl, the GP equivalent of the so called 'the Grand Finale'. What was the rationale? So as not to distract the players, imagine that rationale particularly for Tom Brady after Deflategate. And gaging even the opposing team players from speaking of an incident that would have asked the hard questions of one player, who failed to show up to the required podium press conference, and now the pre-event conference where reporters (those willing or not) to ask the tough questions. The lack of indictment in the sport media over such an extraordinary action, that to insulate one participants is remarkable.

Regarding the cancelation of parties, never have I heard parties cancelled over one participant, unless of course he was the guest of honor, the only guest of honor.

Its all extraordinary and fascinating. And while I'm at it, I think the only way a "perceived" legitimate result can be had Sunday is if either Jlo or VR crash out unforced. I say 'perceived ' because everything has been up for debate.

Its extraordinary....not only the FIM backed fiasco and the spineless knee jerk reaction of cancelling the presser but also the number of people happy to excuse Rossis behaviour and turn the perpetrator into the victim and the victim into a villain.

I am not surprised though....we have seen the vilification of every single opponent Rossi has ever had to deal with.

If Rossi wins by 3 points more than he needs then at least the advantage he got from eliminating MM would be moot(ish). In other words like if he would have won anyway if he finished 4th in Sepang.

You've reached all new levels of idiocy mate, who gives a .... if they cancelled the presser? The riders spoke to the media anyway, why do you care-oh yeah lets twist it into another Rossihaters.com + .... wankfest

Maybe Lorenzo should take Marquez wide and out, or Pedrosa for that matter. Those 5 points could come in handy. No black flag, since the precedent has been established, hell he can even make it look deliberate, Race Direction dont want the championship being impacted and all, he keeps his points at the end of the race. Only 3 license points. Which means, if the points roll over to Qatar, he can still start normal.

OK, if you are talking about precedents, then the guys who are contenders for the championship can just kick any of those other annoying little fuckers off their bike if they get in the way. They can just invoke "Foot of God".

Surely you must see there are only two reasons to cancel the presser.
1. Protect themselves
2. Protect Rossi
Not necessarily in that order.
Why do you think they cancelled the presser?

None of those needed protecting because none had done anything wrong.

Except one guy. Guess who?

Yamaha, Moviestar? Why would they look bad?

Talpa, if VR is such a victim, why wouldn't you want him to give his side during a press conference?

"Riders spoke to the media"...under duress NOT to speak about the events of Sepang. Why not? Who might look bad if they did speak about Sepang?

Why you so mad bro, VR got what amounts to a 5 sec penalty, not sure why you're so worried. He is going to 'get' the title. Then what will you post when that happens? You used to be so much fun. You're worried for nothing. Nobody is going to race Rossi. He made sure of that. So he is guaranteed 4-7, which means he will 'get' the title. You should be way more happy.

Talps, let me ask you, should Lorenzo take Marquez wide (and see what happens, "to make him lose time" -vr) and get ahead of him? I think he should, because that would help him win much needed points. What's your opinion, should Jlo use this tactic? If he does, should he be black flagged?

Hahaha "Foot of God"
I will be using that line all the time now.
Thank you.

Oh look, Rossi's cum dumpster speaks.

I'm surprised you could pull your dick out of your VR46 .... doll for the 5 minutes needed to make the above post.

When VR gives a press conference, do you reach down into the pits of those tighty-whities, pull your dick out, and press it up against the image of VR on the TV screen with the hopes that will somehow give you a connection to VR? Do you long for the possibility that one day, all of those unanswered stalker letters you send The Doctor will be rewarded with the opportunity for you to give VR a ......? Does it get you down that you just never get that response?

*cue yellow smoke*
