1. Capirossi
2. Biaggi
3. Tamada
4. Checa
5. Hopkins

Rossi took Melandri out going too hot into the corner. Melandri's ankle seems to be in question so we will see how that goes.

Bridgestone have three of the top five people so that is good!!

Congrats to Ducati and Bridgestone and Capirossi on making a great combo for the race. Biaggi did very well and he wants to show people he needs a Honda seat next year. He "Mamolaized" keeping it second and not winning another championship. Tamada finally has a good result this year and lets hope to see him keep this form. Checa also has his best result this year. Hopkins impressed everyone and it seems like Bridgestone and Suzuki may be going in the right direction in development. I sure hope it keeps on going up and up.

On to Sepang and Rossi maybe wrapping up the title there.

yes i really thought that was toe to toe stuff well done to loris,he had a blinder on those bridgestones, and even max had his finger out, but with all those Honda bosses there is it any wonder he made an effort ?so the season is not dead yet, well at least not til next week anyway.

what a race!it wasn't as exciting as I would thought it would be, but I love the outcome. loris was clearly the best over the whole week, and max, well, he did good! I'm a bit disapointed by nicky, I thought he could do much better, he's sliding all over the corners! and yes, I know it has to do with his dirttrack background, but it's clearly not helping him, but you can't change your riding style just like that (I'm still a fan of him, ofcourse
<
) maybe he had some other problems with his bike???

Bridgestone did good! never thought they would be so consistend...

just read on the clinica mobile website that melandri has a deep open flap wound between his right heel and plant of food (what ever that means...) he needed an surgical procedure in the clinica mobile, but they couldn't tell if he had broken something, so he's helicoptererd to the hospital. they don't know if he will be able to participate in malesia.

Alex hoffman has a bone fracture in his left food, they hope he will be back in australia to race again..

must admit Iwas a tad disappointed after settingmy alarm for 05:45 so I could watch the race

buthe lad did good to get from 11th to 4th in short sapce of time and well at least Sete had an off too!

(ust cut my nails as they are too long to type with at the mo! willhave to do a one fingered job!.....oooh eer missus!!)

Rossi said he would rather wrap up in Sepang as there were more clubs and bars to celebrate in!! so roll on next weekend!

xx

I thought it was a good race with a three-way fight in the beginning then a two-way fight. Maybe because they were three people we are not accustomed to be fighting for the lead.

Melandri is said to have a cut in his foot and he was taken elsewhere to see if he had any internal injuries but on the first checkup he had none.

Sepang should be another good race since it has good turns for the Yamaha but nice horsepower sections for the Hondas and Ducatis. Should be a good race, Valentino should wrap up the title there.

glad to see the duc & capirossi on the top box. they both needed the result, & at hondas track...good stuff. shame about melandri he did'nt deserve that. that inside stuff em move of rossi's caught him out ( & marco ) this time. it's just racing tho! good race for max, makoto, & hopper, his first top 5. edwards & hayden poor. they were gifted thier spots. gibs...what can ya say!

What a race! i was really pleased for loris and ducati.

Rossi- didnt want him to go down. or take anybody out, but its refreshing to see he is human after all and makes mistakes(once in a blue moon) You could tell he was pushing really hard, he was running into the corners too deep when he was behind tamada. Although saying that, i still belive he could have, and probably would have won. Capirossi did have a good pace though.

Edwrads- bad result but its a result that put him into 3rd place.

Max was pleased with his 2nd, and im glad tamada could make it onto the box.

My only real disapointment was Hopper, i realy wish he could have made into 3rd at least. 5th was still good tho, is that his best this year?

Oh yeah i forgot to mention sete......

He's really lost it hasnt he?

Ahhh finally got a chance to have a spout.

1st of all what a crash that Luthie had in the 125's .... bloody luck somebody wasn't badly hurt there. What a mess.

2nd. What a crock of bloody ........ Lorenzo getting a ban for a week, I had when bloody officaldom get involved was just a bloody racing incident. Hell Rossi charging into the side of Melandri was worth a ban before Lorenzo one was. pure pig muck
